I like the shotlock

so do I but shotlock always felt, idk, extra?

Also the ability to use lower level magic was neat

Its also good to close the distance between you and the boss

Airsteping is crucial

Shotlocks are trash. Tons of damage with no effort or consequence

airstepping feels really good

on bosses

some of the airstepping across platforms felt janky sometimes

Made the data fights doable

The Data fights are always doable

For me

Without shotlocks, items, magic, the whole hog

You can do it if you believe

Yeah Kylvex showed me about rage form, that was helpful

haha but, I didn't realize how big of a difference mode made. I struggled against the data bosses a lot just normally on Proud mode. But then I did a Pro Codes run on beginner for the trophy and even with most restrictions on they weren't that bad
