for the moment, yeah, part 7 hasn't been printed in english yet. but even going back to the earliest stuff, the first volumes that were localized (part 3 in 2005, they skipped parts 1 and 2, lol) were still a good 9 years ahead of the anime covering the same content (2014, and that's not even counting the adaptation of parts 1 and 2 in 2012)
