I have sent my switch 2 to repair twice now and they came back again saying there is no issue

I literally showed them the issue and they saw it and agreed there is one

What happened

Dock is unstable

It works but the moment you move it even slightly it stops working

Damn

Power cable works on the switch in both ports so that's not the issue

Issue is either on the dock or on the dock ports on the switch

Your warranty is still valid for another two years

But these service people really suck

So you could get it fixed
