I do have to say the only thing that was right about it is that multiplayer games barely get nominated

even when they are good

it's single player favoritism

He was telling people not to vote for single players like E33 and that single players games shouldnt win goty anymore and its online games /mmo games /coop online games to shine and to not vote for e33

remember when monolith released the best dlc ever with XC3 dlc and then it didn't even get a nomination but when Elden Ring releases a dlc that is inferior it immediately gets nominated for goty?

remember when Final Fantasy XIV released the best story of its year and then didn't get a nomination for best narrative

the good thing is with E33 they have more pressure now to nominate jrgs

because XC3 DLC and Shadowbringers should both absolutely have been nominated

the fact that trails remake likely won't get a nomination for anything this year is also criminal
