15 is a good game now with royal edition

Nah i just cant defend the gameplay

The story is also lacking

the gameplay is still better than the classic FF games

I mean we cant compare those

If we do ff to chrono trigger yeah but 15 is more trying to be action

Let me rephrase it. FFXV's action combat vs other action games is still better than classic FFs turn-based combat vs other turn-based games. Both for the time they got released

I could give my 3 chapters of why 15 is probably the worst compared to every ff

In story, characters, gameplay iffy to compare but to 16 I can

Look when noctis has more chemistry and development with a car then his own dad

it's a uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it is a game for certain 👍

15 even with the royaI edition just feeIs Iike it's missing something with the narrative it [i]heIps[/i] no doubt but it doesn't / can't fix the story's issues

and the combat is pretty comparabIe to frontiers hoId 1 button to win hoId 1 button to guard and never die dying is damn near impossibIe with how easy to access your safety net is your enemies are Iowkey reaIIy weak

the onIy reason I stiII enjoyed the combat was because of the warp strike 😔

I know 16 is the more compIete and definiteIy more finished and good game (aIIegedIy) but it stiII feeIs as though it can onIy win against 15 and 13 😔

the thing with turn-based atb is not only was it awful but it got worse from 5-9

out of the ps1 games 7 was the best and it got just worse with 8 and 9
