Not if they do 2 things:

1. Get some younger staff in there- Atlus has this problem too- too many old guard, we need new voices new stories. 2. They need something to appeal to the younger generation that isn't something Nomura has his hands on.

If you look at it, FF7 and KH have consistently stayed relevant with/have attracted new/younger audiences over the years-- they gotta find a way to do that with the other games.
