Someone told me I should get my vitamin levels checked because like energy drinks genuinely make me feel human and that could be a sign of vitamin deficiency because of energy drinks Red Bull give some kind of vitamin

Its good to take a check up regardless, might be something lacking that you should be aware of

Or having too much of something too

I believe I have another checkup in regards to my hormone levels at the end of the month could just tack that on as well
