Because slowly but surely, the new gamers (or in this case normies I guess?) that are popping up are starting to have that "tiktok brain"

Where they get impatient SUPER easily and just want to find shit out immediately without having to work

Now, granted that's the minority thankfully

But, who knows in the future

So doing stuff like this is not good imo, even if it is an add-on

Because that add-on can turn into a permanent thing in the future

I don't disagree. If an easy mode isn't enough, which these games have, and you are still levelling people up for free then you might as well just abolish the levelling system and do something else.
