Nintendo has a lot of advantages with the switch:
Development of first party games is easier due to them being exclusives and not requiring that much work due to the hardware
Development is quicker unless they release games with tons of content
Development is cheaper
People will still buy the games regardless of graphics
Nintendo isn't in competition with Sony or Microsoft in terms of graphics

I mean I haven't really had any issues running games on the Switch. But I also haven't gotten to games like Pokemon SV, Pokemon Legends Arceus or Xenoblade 3 yet because my backlog really bad

I mean yes. If Sony or Microsoft would have a similar online mode the gaming industry would shred them and there would be a lot of outrage

Sega's console was stronger than the SNES, and the Playstation's games have aged better and were for the most part capable of more

SNES just had better games consistently

Nintendo will become even bigger because they are now trying to bring all their old games to the Nintendo online service. The GBA, GBC and SNES library will become bigger and bigger. Gamecube and Wii games also have a chance to become part of the library.

And they have still their new games which get more consistent releases than Sony or Microsoft games.
