Hmm hard to say, I kinda go 50/50 on both of them.

Like Will Smith was clearly meant to be the star when most people were there for Harley Quinn, but, he didn't Dwanye Johnson it and try to control the whole thing but it's nothing ground breaking. Maybe the more comic accurate?
