for lvl 70-80

there's the pixies tribe

they have 3 daily quest

and they almost give half a level

and it takes 3-5 minutes to complete them

and the scales with your level

endwalker has a tribe similar to this too

Oh damn ok, I'll go do those

doing this tribe also gives you reputation

and it unlocks more of the pixies story and you get a mount + pet

+ orchestrion role

and housing ites

I only remembered this because that's how I level my blue mage currently

are the pixie quest sill worth doing after level 80?

I don't know. They should still give decent with lvl 80

for 80-90 there's a similar tribe in endwalker zones
