Replicate Oda's old art style and evolve it throughout like the manga? Or just stick with a general style throughout it all.

Like, obviously the OGs can't do both at the same time because they are also involved with other projects

Plus...not to mention they're, you know, getting older and older

Luffy's VA voiced the teaser so sounds like they are keeping the same but could just be a placeholder

But I am hoping for a recast

Like if this is a success, which I would be surprised it isn't, then it will continue for at least 10 years

A recast would be nice honestly

And a lot of the main casts VA are getting up there in age, especially Luffy

ok nvm im looking up the first movie and yeah its an alt timeline and this movie is a sequel to that alt timeline i believe

theres a movie trilogy that came out that recapped the anime but changed stuff

then a sequel movie that follows that timeline

and this new one is the 5th that also follows that timeline

this makes much more sense

im 20 minutes into R3 but it looks like im going back for the recaps........
