firetruck Okumura, especially in Royal

okumura was insanely brutal in royal

Even if you had everything its still a chore in future playthroughs.

the game does a piss poor job in teaching people how to use baton pass properly which is why a lot of people get firetrucked there

the final boss in royal is so much better in comparison

Even knowing how it works the fight is still a bitch

also low key, okumura was easier on merciless cuz of the crazy elemental buffs

or be like me and use a lvl 99 lucifer with morning star spam and ignore all mechanics of the final boss

Its not designed well at all

That is so bizarre

hard mode is the proper way to experience the game regarding difficulty. merciless is weird

Yeah if you hit any enemy with their elemental weakness, they just evaporate

So what's hard about Merciless

merciless is easier than hard

tbh

It's only like the final palace and maybe the area before where enemies will survive one hit

as far as I remember basically you do more damage with weaknesses but if an enemy hits you with your weakness, you pretty much are supposed to die

man I hope they don't firetruck it up again in p3r, but p3r looks already so much better due to the nerfs to baton pass and confidant abilities

I guess that's a way to do difficulty

unless the new limit break system firetrucks p3r balance

I want to play the original P3 at some point, been a few years

But have to go through God of War 1 first

I love p3 it's so much fun

I didn't expect to like it that much considering the age

I am vibing a lot with the story in the later parts of the game
