Another concept trailer for Spider-Man: The Great Web was found

from Tom Henderson about the cancelled Multiplayer game

||• Based in NYC.
• Character customization options.
• 5 players against The Sinister Six.
• Diverse range of superheroes, including Gwen Stacy.
• Built around a multiverse model, opened by The Scarlet Witch.||

I’d say it was canceIIed Iate into deveIopment but this is mostIy pre-existing assets

couId’ve taken them just a few months

it was all pre-concept stuff to send to execs to greenlit the project, no actual work was done on it

hmm hmm

don’t think we’re missing out honestIy

Insomniac’s done good muItipIayer before, but those’ve been games with shooting as the primary mechanic

Id imagine it was given a no just do to the sheer scale that was asked of the project, and with

Venom Spin-off, Spider-Man 3, Wolverine, new ip, and Ratchet game

there was simply no time for it or budget that would require it

i think the key thing is "how many people wanted to take these single-player gameplay segments and do them with other people" and honestly, i think it kinda misses the mark there

story spoiler under that tag, or...?

just stuff from the leak that is unannounced properly

Besides from Wolverine lol

oh cool, just doing my best to avoid story until i can play
