see that's the big thing: how will you know it's bad until you play it?

I know when YOU refer to bad you mostly mean graphics quality and shadows and textures and allodat, but the general masses enjoy a game based on storytelling and gameplay and you cannot experience that unless you buy it yourself. if you're excited about a game for those prospects then why SHOULDN'T you preorder it?

and then you could say "oh but REVIEWS TELL YOU!"
No, they really don't. Reviews are absolute trash and people who use them as their entire basis for buying a game need to reevaluate a bit imo. Enjoy something for yourself and stop letting others influence you. This is especially big for games like Kingdom Hearts where there's an inherent HATRED toward the series for no reason

in the end, it all really just boils down to "LET PEOPLE ENJOY THINGS" and that's not necessarily a bad thing
