To be blunt, Liberl, Erebonia, Calvard and Crossbell all have some degree of hostility towards each other. Just some more than others

Liberl and Crossbell don't have much animosity in their relationship to the best of my knowledge

Also with the rates of experience I'm getting I'll probably be able to get the entire party to 47-48 pretty easy.
