Helldivers 2 was going to have this PS login from day 1, but because of the huge popularity and the servers tanking, people were struggling to log into the PS site as it crashed constantly

So they temporarily disabled it and brought it back now

Plus like, wouldn't this be the logical conclusion? Sony has made it clear for a while they wanted better PC(and let's be frank mostly Steam) and PS integration and what not, it makes sense to me they'd want an account created for it.

It's not like EA or Ubi where it's purpose is to just sell you in game currencies and skins, it's more like Battlenet, and Microsoft
