And that's Pokemon Legends Arceus completed to my liking (Hisui Pokedex completed but not everything to research level 10 and isekai-ing jerkass, I mean Arceus, caught). Honestly... everyone was right about this game. Probably the most fun and addicting Pokemon game I've played in years*. I loved the action-based stuff too if not overly ridiculous and frustrating at times (Avalugg, the genies and Arceus the most notable BS). It's the first Pokemon game I've *ever* played where I've caught lots of Pokemon and completed a dex (yes it's part of the game and story but this changes nothing) Is it the best Pokemon game ever as I've seen some claim? Personally... I can't really sit here and say that confidently sorry. I can't. It's the best Pokemon game I've played in probably *years*** and definitely the game that's stood out the *most* for me this year thus far (though that doesn't say much considering everything I've played thus far) but I can't say it's the best Pokemon game ever sorry. That kind of stuff is subjective anyway. But yeah everything about this game was just too damn fun and addicting and I didn't care *at all* about some of the complaints I saw about it (same-y gameplay loop and graphics). Loved it from start to finish and all the death references honestly shocked me. Probably the darkest 'official' Pokemon game since Colosseum/XD Gale of Darkness. But just me though obviously. Next up... I *KILL CHAOS. The meme game? I guess? Known as Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. Due to it being a soulslike I'll be playing it on Easy and all complaints on this will be ignored.
