Ik there are still people who use the PS3 but its such a small percentage that you can get a PS4 for 200

The thing is it's not worth it to keep the PS Store servers up for a few thousands of people that still have those consoles, especially PS3 and PSP

Vita is only the biggest loss because there are still plenty of games being made for it

The amount of costs keeping them up isn't making it up for the amount of people still using them
