sylvando's arc is s-tier

I played 11 regular and the other characters did not had any special costumes.

They saw that folks liked the Netflix series and they're trying to capitalize on that with both existing and potential fans. Might also be a bit of "look, we know he wasn't as dark in spider-man and she-hulk, but trust us, we won't screw this up"
