PS3, Uncharted, God of War again, inFAMOUS, MGS4, for a while those HD remixes R&C again, Last of Us, Killzone

PS4 - Horizon, God of War again lol Uncharted 4, Last of Us 2, Days Gone, Spider-Man, Yakuza was PS exclusive til around this time or later
