Conditional Turn-Based

It is essentially the purest form of turn based there is, imo.

This is how it looks

Notice the camera angle at a slant a la Atlus games.

They did that before P5 but the specific angle P5 has it became the norm after the fact.

No he means the turn system with the cards

As in what you do to give yourself more turns or the enemies based on the rotation
