Oh, I thought you meant getting to the nations via sea. Inuzuma requires you do the quests to get passage from Beidou.

Like there's cutscrnes to go into the deeper chasm itself and you need to access main quests to do shit in other areas but like iirc you could just frikin walk to Natlan or Schneznia right now if u wanted lmao
