I mean, goofy helmet is a lot easier to do than prosthetics (in most cases)

In all honesty, they could easily change up his nose a bit to match the comics look more, but they did an alright job as it is

I would agree if this was a low budget movie but it's an MCU one

CGI is always never finished until like hours before premiere, pretty normal for big budget films

Well yeah but that effort goes into enviromental, coloring and so on

What they showed off Gorr is how he will look like on release with some minor changes like more black fluids, but I heavily doubt they will re-design the character
