These are extremely of what people call movie games also you have so many cutscenes and dialogue with the codec some fool at PlayStations can just be the codec if you really want to exhaust all the dialogue if you're one of those people where you just don't like that you might have a hard time. Or just do mandatory cutscenes and Codec it's still a lot but much less

The internet told people for 20 years the series was lame and cringe and even it's own fans believed it

I swear fandom spaces in the recent years are just filled with people who are full of this thing fucking sucks I hate it I'm miserable and I'm going to make it all of your problems

Like I get it you won't have to like things but I don't know why these people hang out so much in places with a thing they hate

Im very happy Gen Z seems to overwhelmingly like KH lol its so refreshing

And then a clique forms around said people and they kind of dominate the space

Somewhat I feel like I've kind of seen a shift also a lot of the younger fans will tear you asunder if you like kh2 in any sort of way.

Movie games is such an annoying term to me. Whenever it's used its always on games that are still actual games and it just never makes sense to me.

Not that I mean you are one of them, I have heard mgs games being called that too and I know that's not the case

I understand the term I'm not fond of it myself maybe I'm part of the problem but I like those "movie games" but I have to use what is the common phrases or else you get othered

Yeah but theres layers to that; lot of younger fans like 3, lot of plder fans hate 3 and are very vocal about it, so its in response to that. Plus as much as I love 2 thwres a very toxic environment around that games fans.

Im not saying its "right" necessarily but its important to understand the context behind it.

It kind of feels like since people are extremely toxic about three the other side decided to stoop to their level
