i'll give a marvel take, though it's probably not that hot. i think getting this popular was a mistake. the revisionism is one thing, and you could even argue it helped bring some attention back to some good characters who got passed over because they were b tier (or given extra attention to make them worthy of being higher tier). and like, not to be too gatekeep-y, but the more "normie" people you get watching your stuff, the more you have to cater to the normies and really water down your content compared to the kind of stuff you could get away with if you just stuck with your core base. like, why not* have cap eat his own shield? why not make a short where spider-man is fat? why not let deadpool traipse around space and time with the founding fathers and compete with thanos for the love of the literal embodiment of death? but nooooooo, your mom and her book club are confused by that sort of thing, you need to make things simple to sell tickets and get butts in seats and make line go up, for the shareholders! hell, we probably won't even get a full adaptation of battleworld even though they're pulling directly from the comics for that. the most i can say is that at least they *seem to be committing to the idea of a reboot, something that's usually seen as somewhat confusing by a majority of casuals

....... spidey 3 he wasnt written good and misused here. In all three venom movies he lacked development arc where hes tied to spidey also a bit boring especially with let there be carnage and the last dance.

Did you find any hints for spidey 5 or secret wars or whatever hes meant to be in on 2nd watch?

stargirl was one of the few cw superhero shows i actually didn't watch. probably had too many things at the time and it didn't sell me enough to get into it (though not to say it was bad because of that)

It's one of those shows that embraces what comics does from start to end

Stargirl is phenomenal wish it had a proper ending

The Cinematic multi-media Universe that is comprised of Marvel and Marvel adjacent properties is one that feels it's "too good" for its source material. DC movies at the very least feel like they give a shit avout their roots even their worst movies, minus the Snyder stuff, I'll give you that. But the MCU always felt to me like it thiught it was 2 kool 4 comicz even though they are a product of the comics.
