New Lantern episode is great

I am genuinely surprised the ending is the same as the og

Wonder if this is a sign for Revelation

man this is just sad 😭

me when I reuse advent chiIdren’s post-credits because budget ran out I guess 💀

why wouId it be? As far as I remember, ever crisis foIIows the originaI’s story rather than remake’s

Ever Crisis also added a lot of BS like young Sephi and Glenn and his wacky friends

So I am just a bit shocked they stuck it out with the ending like normal

Actually that is interesting I didn't think about that
As we see here and with how doc is yuffie and Vincent canonically were not at the final battle unless they somehow made it from the crater to midgar before everybody else.
If they're going to follow up on this still being the same ending/following up on the compilation.

It's weird how this feels like the finale of the season while still having 3 episodes after

Good kind of weird

99% sure Revelation will be the same ending. The entire whisper bs will just explain why the lifestream and aerith suddently appear in the ending

and then ppl will get mad because of it

ever crisis added those as separate chapters, they've always followed the original story when it came down to the original chapters

so i think it's a little different

Yeah that's fair, although I think they did change some stuff in the original chapters too but I guess that was small stuff

And I will!

Only if I don't like it

I don't have much faith on Square doing a good ending in these remakes

They are 0/2 so far

yeah mostly just changes to dialogue or some changes to compress the story into these more bite size segments really, nothing major like remake trilogy has done

which is insane because the actual packages themselves have been handled with such good care, so why did both endings suck so bad?? 😭 i really hope everything pays off with revelation
