Seeing as keyblade wielders had to go to other worlds to find their apprentices, is it possible that Terra, Aqua, and Ven were originally from other wolds far off or that they were born in the Land of Departure?

It's possible that Aqua and Terra are from LoD originally since Eraqus succeeded his Master and took over his position, which would imply that he hasn't left the world since. But, there's also the fact that LoD is a sanctuary in between worlds for wielders which they have to protect, which doesn't really make much sense if there were non-wielders living outside of the castle grounds.

Well, considering that Terra and Aqua didn't know who Ventus was the first time they met him, I'm assuming that Ventus may very well be from a world other than the Land of Departure.

I really don't think Ventus was born from Twilight Town just because it's the "world of Twilight" for all we know, Ventus could have lived somewhere else. It seems unlikely for Ventus to be born in Twilight Town. I mean sure Roxas was born there, but that doesn't really prove how Ven was born there. In a way you're saying "Oh Roxas was born there so Ventus is born there too". If Ventus was really born in TT, then we probably woul've gotten at least a hint or a clue that Ven once lived there.

The dream to be a Keyblade Master. They show the flashback of the three talking about that several times in the game, though it's kind of redundant considering she's already a Master at that point.

I think Aqua and Terra are probably from somewhere else, like Twilight Town or Radiant Garden. As for Ven, he's probably from Twilight Town like Roxas is.

I'm pretty sure that Vanitas was born in The Keyblade Graveyard.

Land of departure always struck me as a keyblade training centre, like a sort of academy where people from other worlds live there like a boarding school, to learn the ways of the keyblade : I mean looking at it, it's just rocks sticking out of hills, deserted apart from the main building so the keybladers are safe to practice. And Terra, Aqua and Ven's rooms are like hotel rooms lol. I may be wrong, but thats why I always thought that none of the characters were actually born in LoD.

Ventus was never born there, just because we saw Ven training there with Pureblood heartless and getting his Darkness extracted in the keyblade graveyard doesn't mean that ven was born there. it's like I sauid before, who knows where ventus was born, we never got a clue or hint to clue to where he was born. And the only person that was born in the keyblade graveyard was Vanitas.

I was almost positive it was confirmed Ven was born at destiny islands; guess not.
