The earliest I expect a new trailer is the game awards

So the original Japanese of the Q&A only said "it will not be at E3". But E3 got cancelled. But the answer felt to me as a "we won't be showing anything until way way later so forget the possibility of a SE event that would replace E3 or any event that is like, 1 month after E3."

So I just decided to add the "period" to make that point.

Not to say SE COULDN'T do an event during this period, it's certainly possible

But they won't be showing KH4 at all.
