I wonder if somewhere in between after KH3 and between KH4 they will start to have Roxas star in his own game again just like 358/2, because that would be awesome

I think going forward, since the cast is so big, what needs to happen is Roxas and others star in spin offs, and, numbered titles need to be bigger, and have some of them full on playable; not just for boss fights.

Look I been saying this since remind dropped but I will be BAFFLED if they do NOTHING with the basic templates that is the other characters they made playable for it, like they function well enough to take on pretty much anything inside that game with minimal issues and hell Kairi and Roxas even have gap closers, I wouldn't want to see them playable with 0 changes made, but they have good framework to go off of without needing to make entire new movesets for them at least

Problem is they can't go back to PS2 graphics so, the spin offs will need to either take longer than they used to, or they could try to do what Tell Tale did

I think that's why they made Riku and Aqua playable and then Roxas.

Maybe they'll bee the ones with spin off roles in mind?

i dont rly know if i want a story for some of them tho. like the sea salt trio has had their story and can sit back and relax now, the wayfinder trio can just be the resident keyblade masters

Well Kairi too, they can do any number of things they want with those 4 now without having them be strictly confined to just cutscenes
