This is not fair.

I think its because their role as supporting characters for the main story in the first games was kinda taken by the newly added KH ones, so unless we go to radiant garden or another original world, they serve no purpose

Olympus with cloud zack and auron was a good example of a way to tie them up to the world's story, maybe they can do that again, mixing the 2 universes a bit more
