one thing i wonder about missing link is how often there will be story updates, big or small. i know union cross had a small update once a month usually, but i wonder how that will translate to missing link seeing as the game is bigger in scale and most importantly graphics. it being 3d and all.

Considering how wildly popular DQ Walk was in Japan from what I know, I assume this game will do pretty great.

you have to take into consideration where the people live

games like that are successful primarily for those who live more close to the city

whether its US, UK, Japan,etc A good portion of the player base doesnt have a favorable walking around area be it crime, living on the outskirts of a town,etc
