You can do them on normal too but when you choose them it says it will change to hard mode

The last course in Cosmo Canyon seems to be bugged, if you do everything right its just not enough.

but they are hard to spot

you need to fly to the tower after you have 8600

that I get, its just seems to be rng if you have the height or not.

I don't think that will be much of an issue. The small tweaks on the already playable characters in rebirth was already great enough to make a distinction

Cloud being a proper all rounder, Barret being a pressure machine, Tifa still the stagger queen, Yuffie with doppelganger is just not even fair
