It's crazy how that one scene of them in KH2 is the template for every single interaction they have for the rest of time.

Remember how in OG CLOUD was the one trying to talk to Sephiroth??? Sephiroth barely acknowledged him- he didn't give a shit about Cloud did EVERYONE in the universe forget that???

The ending really didnt need be this weirdly edited as it was, they couldve just let the moment happened instead of trying to pull at your heart strings in so many ways that just didnt work, overall feeling mixed.

Like I get what they were trying to do, but the way how it was portrayed was just a big mess of conflicting ideas that doesnt work, some things are cool in it but others just didnt need play out the way it did

Overall its a great game but weird ending

Im not a fan of how they handled Aerith's death, they tried to make it seem like everything was gonna be ok in so many ways that they coulda think of but it just made it confusing, They didn't really need to change it so much, and having her fight with Cloud against Sephiroth is just... why? Would've been better as a 1v1, fighting with Zack was cool but it felt like they realized he was alive so scrambled to find something to put him in. And whats up with the other assumed timeline? The fact she's alive somewhere in another world makes me worried they gonna pull some bullshit with Part 3 and I truly wonder how its gonna turn out and same thing with Zack, and the whole Glenn and Rufus sequence just was so weird I couldn't help but laugh lol. Though having the final battle start with Aeriths Theme was a nice touch.

and the whole making the Black Materia what we originally saw to be fake is just trying to make it seem more of a purpose then it needed, but now Cloud in the end credits might have the real one? Im still confused on that
