It looks like you're going to be playing as Aqua. Possibly exploring worlds taken over by heartless in the Realm of Darkness. This is probably all baloni but it's a theory.

Yeah, it seems that it will take place during Aqua's time in the realm of darkness back when heartless were taking over worlds. It's said that this could be the last side game (other than KH:DDD) we will have before we finally get KHIII.

WELL, some guy on youtube said "kingdom hearts BBS vol.2 AKA kingdom hearts 0.5"

He might be wrong, but imma say it's 5 years after the events in BBS.

sounds about right to me.... and looks like there are events that take place after you see scenes from BBS - KH1. Kinda like a game to tie up loose ends before you end the series.

Most of the interesting stuff happened the year after BBS though.

Hmm Intresting I just hope It isn't for the psp2 and have no umd that would not work, Intresting thought if they make that

Technically, there are no side games in the Kingdom Hearts series, just main games (KH, Kh: CoM, KH2, KH Days, KH BBS, KH coded, KH 3D, KH BBS2) and remakes/other titles (KH FM, KH Re:CoM, KH2 FM+, KH BBS FM, KH Re:coded, KH V Cast, KH Mobile...). Secondly, Birth by Sleep-Volume Two- takes place between BBS and the first KH, and will probably cover some of the major events of the series we haven't seen. Lastly, this will probably be the last game before KH3 when you think about the pattern the games have been going by (see my "siggy").

Well my guess it's that BBSV2 alongside 3D will fill all the holes left in the entire series and will bring new ones that will only be answered in KHIII.

About BBSV2 I think it'll show the entire events in the following 9-10 after BBS. How is this possible? Because in the Realm of Darkness time passes WAY slower than in the real world. So 10 years of events in the real world might be equal to 10 hours of events in the RoD. So that way we'll see the adventures of the characters that once were in the RoD and the Dark Side of the worlds.
