Truthfully, it was the Wayfinder Reunion that got me the most. That or the Union Cross scene in KH3 🥹

Xion's death in the end of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Her death and Roxas's mourning for her was the most saddest moment for me in the entire franchise, in my opinion.

I've cried many times throughout this franchise but possibly the moment that made me cry most was the KH1 ending. Sora saying, "I'm always with you too", whilst being separated from Kairi, the music and the beautiful animation made me sob when I first watched it (20 years ago!). Oh and when Kairi 'sees' Sora drawing the paopu fruit and laughs whilst crying 😭

The moments that made me cry was when I saw the anguish in Sora's face when Kairi "died" at the hands of Master Xehanort, the reunion of the Wayfinder and Sea Salt Trios, and when Sora just "disappeared" at the end of KH3

The first time is at the end of Kingdom Hearts II, when Sora and Riku read Kairi's letter and the door of light opens.

The second is in the secret ending of Birth by Sleep, where Ansem the Wise and Aqua are talking. Ansem mentions the name of the one who will help — and then they show different locations where the characters who spoke: Sora.
