should'nt axel remember meeting ven since nobodies can remember the time before turning to a nobody

Well he could remember but most probably he doesn't because he only met Ven for a matter of minutes and after 10 years I doubt he would remember something so small. And he probably would have mentioned something in the 358/2 days secret reports if he did. Maybe Nomura will reveal that he does remember Ven in another game, only time will tell.

Do you remember meeting someone 10 years ago for about 10 or so minutes? Doesn't matter what age you are. Just saying.

Maybe Axel would remember. Maybe not. I think, at the time, Lea wasn't really concerned about getting to know Ven. If I were Lea, I would have forgotten all about Ven, considering they only met once. Other than getting beat up by a kid with a wooden Keyblade, there's nothing really memorable about him. I would like Axel to remember Ven, but it's not up to me, now is it??

Axel may have said "remember when we were kids", but probably because they spent so much more time together than 10 minutes, so I'm sure he would have remembered that.

Well, Aqua didn't forget about Ventus, neither did Mickey or Yen Sid. Also, even Xigbar remembered Ventus, Xion appeared to him as Ventus, I'm not sure why it was Ventus...Maybe Xion takes on the appearance of someone deeply connected to Sora within that person's memory, if they don't know someone like that, that person might just see Xion as her normal self like Roxas did. But I don't know.

Axel might be able to remember that he met a kid named Ventus 10 years back, but I doubt would be able to remember the particulars.

Xigbar saw Ventus in Xion coz she gave him the ''I just drowned your goldfish'' or, ''angry look' look, just like when Ven did when Braig came to distract Aqua from going up to help Terra out.

Actually, I always thought Axel remembered Ven, and that was why he was so fond of Roxas...

Well it was a short meeting years ago so it could be easily forgotten

They meet like, only once a decade ago and only hung out for ten minutes. I can barely remember the dude I spoke to at Gamestop just yesterday. 

I doubt he actually remembers Ven. But probably meeting Roxas as Axel subconsiously jogged his memory of Ven and that's why he was so fond of Roxas. I'm pretty sure in KH3 when Axel meets Ven(they will both be part of the Lights) he's gonna definitely see the resemblance of Roxas and Ven. Same goes for when Sora meets Ven.

 

They're both gonna be like "Roxas?!!?" When they first see him, then Ven will say, "Who? I'm Ventus."
