In Disneyland hanging on Sleeping Beauty Castle there are banners containing the coat of arms and look! Two keyblades crossed and sora's crown! Do you think it is a hint at Kh? or they took it for kh?

Hmm, well, Disney is part of KH, a big part, so I'm not really surprised that that is there honestly cool find though ^^

I agree. No surprise there. ) But it'd be really cool if KH became a huge part of Disneyland.

i would love to have a kingdom hearts section of a theme park, but KH is mostly square enix. think about it, the areas and some characters a disney based, but everything else (sub characters, main characters, plotline, enemies, interface and battle system) is square enix, including the fact that it's published by enix.

 

i'm sure if disney asked enix for rights to make an area of disney land with Kingdom hearts, they'd be more than happy to let them.

Yeah it happens sometimes. When Disney is feeling uncreative they just grab stuff from lesser known things they were involved in which they are allowed to do and it's fine if they do it. Disney doesn't hide that they are a part of Kingdom Hearts, but they just don't go around and announce it to everyone.

okay man i've been to disney and i an tell ya the only way that will happen is if a movie is made and plus the keyblade has actually been around for years i think it was one of walts irginal drawings for some cartoon but it was never used till numora found it and made kingdome hearts but still it would be cool

A Kingdom Hearts part in Disney land would be quite fun. I'd probably even visit it, and go to Disneyland. Since they are a big part of KH, that'd be awesome if it really was referencing this.

A Long time ago they had Keyblades at disneyland. Because I saw a bunch of people with them . but those arn;t keyblades wish they were.

 

 

I Think they should put some KH Merchiandise. Like Keyblades, & crowns and maybe meet & greet sora. hey they have jack sparrow why not kairi, riku, or sora?

Cool, well, it's unnormal for pld palaces to use keys as a majestic symbol so maybe KH really is going to disneyland. maybe there will be a petition in the future, requesting for a part of Disney Land to be Kingdom Hearts-themed, or even build a Destiny Island on it, and I mean ALL DISNEY LANDS~

if you want proof that she's not lying check it out on youtube, i've seen videos that back her up on what she's saying...and i believe her.

 

and when i had gone to Disnyeland for christmas last year, i had seen people wearing kh shirts (i was one of those people who was wearing one, of course).i never really paid that close attention to those banners whenever i had gone there, thanks for pointing it out. i'll be sure to look carefully at them when i go next.

That's it! I know what I'm gonna do this summer! I'm going to go down to Disneyland and FIND THOSE BANNERS!!!!

I am pretty sure that people have told me they had stuff for Kingdom Hearts in the park before, although that was in Magic Kingdom at WDW (Walt Disney World is in the USA, Disney Land is in Paris for those who did not know). And to be honest I do not doubt that one bit, I have been there myself a few times and you would never believe the sheer amount of people that are there every day, seems like a marketing gold mine to me.

if i went to disney world or disney land i would probably wear a kh shirt and if i saw mickey i would probably say to myself 'king mickey!!!' and then take a picture with him lol! :lol:

1. Those designs on the banners in the picture are NOT the keyblade and Sora's crown symbol.

 

2. No, Walt Disney did NOT come up with the Keyblade. I have no idea where you came up with that. References please.

 

3. Disney does not own Kingdom Hearts. Square Enix does. So unless they come to some agreement, don't expect to see a lot of Kingdom Hearts themed things in the parks. The most of what you'll see are some keychains, and sometimes you'll see the most current Kingdom Hearts game in a store somewhere. They used to have a Sora figure and the game on display in Walt Disney World's "One Man's Dream" exhibit in Hollywood Studios, but it's not there anymore.

 

Lately, they've released a limited edition Kingdom Hearts Pin, which sold out almost instantly. It was a unique design specifically created for the park's Pin Trading. After that, they released a new pin of Mickey in his Organization XIII cloak. I came across it a few months ago completely by accident, and bought it immediately when I did ha... a photo of it is attached.

 

So, yeah. We can only dream. I mean, they've been releasing these pins..and slowly introducing Kingdom Hearts merchandise into the parks. So who knows what's going on behind the scenes.

 

While I'm at it, I thought everyone would like to see this post I found last week. Be aware, it was an APRIL FOOLS JOKE back in 2010, so don't get your hopes up...AT ALL.

I wish that there was a Kingdom Hearts section of Disneyland! That would be freakishly awesome! I would buy a Keyblade and an Organization coat(If they were to sell those items there at Disneyland), and I'd go around Disneyland poking people with my Keyblade and saying: "Your heart now belongs to darkness!" LOL, hey, a guy can dream, can't he?
