I miss the good old classic disney movies...

but I wanted to know just outta curiosity

what's your favorite classic disney movie?

a couple examples:

 

lion king

the little mermaid

Pinocchio

peter pan

aladdin

alice in wonderland

dumbo (or the one with the elephat with giant ears, can't remember -fail-)

bambi

Cinderella

beauty and the beast

sleeping beauty

 

tell me if i'm missing others (which i probably am, i just can't remember them right now)

 

my favorite was probably Pinocchio and dumbo just because of the classic innocence and humor. it makes me smile every time i remember them.

 

side opinion: it makes me sad just to see disney channel become what it's really NOT. hannah montana, sonny with a chance, blah blah blah aren't what i think walt disney would have in mind. it saddens me to see that they won't even show classic disney movies anymore. (side note: just something that i think will shock you: even in MEXICO they still show good old movies of disney in disney channel) if you have an opinion on that feel free to comment on that too <33

well, I grew up on classic disney movies (and the classic disney CDs...god, I know every word to all 125 songs on those CDs. "^~^), so...I don't think I've ever not liked a classic Disney movie....

My all time favorites would have to be The Little Mermaid and Tarzan. <3

I can watch those two over and over again and never get bored with them!

Disney Classics! I love em! I love Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King! Heck i really love them all! But there are some that i haven't seen in my life like Lilo and Stitch or Hercules or Cinderella. I'm a very deprived child *sad face*

well,my favorite is probably Hunchback of Notre Dame.I always liked the religious songs.Esmerelda has such a great voice

Anastasia is Fox and takes a lot of liberties trust me there never was an Anastasia that survived, when Tzars were overthrown they were put on on house-arrest and there were I'm pretty sure it was 2 soldiers on guard who thought "Hey do you know what would be a great service to the Motherland and Lenin? Lets take the whole family down to the basement and execute them" which they did including young Anastasia, but a few years later a woman claiming to be her showed up and had uncanny knowledge of the russian royal family, but heres your proof that she wasn't Anastasia, DNA testing it wasn't her they just think she was a servent to the Tzars which explains her knowledge.

Anastasia is made by another company, but some people just throw it in the Disney category because of it's animation style.

I hate it when people do that, putting Anastasia as a Disney movie! Dx

Funny thing though my History teacher thought it was a Disney movie aswell and the rest of my class did too then I felt awkward when I was the only one who knew it was Fox
