The Ansem Reports appeared on the screen. An armored warrior had just defeated a strange creature. Two other warriors appear from alternate paths. The three of them withdraw Sora, Riku, and Mickey's Keyblades. Then a mysterious being appears in the horizon. The warriors could be Terra, Aqua and Ven. The other being could be Sora. Could this video be the crashing of past and future? BBS and KHIII? Thoughts?

What????? I suggest you look at KH2 Final Mix secret ending. That answers your question. Though, Terra, Ven, and Aqua picking up the keyblades has a meaning, it no way represents anything related to KH3.

Vanitas would be interesting. I remember Tetsuya Nomura saying something in an interview about that trailer symbolizing the past and future. But, who knows?

I agree, and really if you look at it....who picks up which keyblade? Terra picks the Kingdom Key, Ven the Way to Dawn and Aqua the Kingdom key D/Lightseeker (whichever you fancy) Dont you think with Terra's connection to Riku he should be the one to pick up Way to dawn....there must be more to the scene then is shown. Ive also wondered about the figure in the distance....it doesnt fit Master Xehanort's shape. in fact, it looks like it has hair which i find amusing

Ven picked up Way to dawn, that represents Ven having light and dark(Vanitas) in him. Aqua picked up the Kingdom Key D, that represents her being in the realm of darkness. Terra picked up the Kingdom Key, representing he trusts the light to overcome the darkness.

If you watched the KH2 FM trailer, it was Terra, Ven, and Aqua, and the figure in the distance was Master Xehanort. The FM trailer was a continuation of the KH2 secret ending, so I don't what the confusion is about.

I know what your talking about, as I mentioned the figure in the distance was Master Xehanort, it was in no way Sora, even though it was blurry, you can tell he had a hoody/jacket on. I think you're confused.

Ok. The FM secret ending continues the original. They are pretty much one and the same. The three are TAV and the mysterious guy is Master Xehanort. No deep secret meaning. It's all been explained.

And that's what he meant, Rob was saying that the person in the sandstorm during the Kingdom Hearts 2 Secret Ending was Master Xehanort, and he was basing that off of the Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + Secret Ending since it had Master Xehanort walking up.

The person is also wearing short-sleeves, with what seem to be baggy pants, and large wristbands or gloves. This person isn't hunched over, nor does he have his hands behind his back. I compared still pics of the end of the trailer, and he's clearly not bald or anything like Master Xehanort.

True enough, I mean, it doesn't really resemble Master Xehanort anyways, I'm gonna take another look at it though.

 

After taking another look at it: I really can't tell who it is supposed to be, it could be Sora, it might be someone else, but I'm pretty sure that most of that was ditched, I've heard that it was originally supposed to be based for something after Kingdom Hearts 2, but then it got 'scrapped' and made into Birth By Sleep, but I don't really know.

I hope they don't ditch it. It seems like a cool idea.

Ya know why they didn't show the armored figures faces? Becuase they hadn't been designed... Same goes for the guy in the distance. This being said when i first got the secret ending i thought it was cloud so i can't realy blame you. If you look at the opening of bbs it shows events to come in the game and this was one of them.

Yeah as keystrike said, the KH2 secret ending is just a concept ending. They hadn't decided everything about the game yet so they don't show you much. In KH2FM which was released 2 years later, they've obviously done more work on BBS and therefore can reveal the characters and ditch or add old or new concepts.

 

Anyway, the only time TAV were ever in Keyblade Graveyard together was at the end of the game fighting Xehanort and Vanitas. Not Sora. How in the world could it possibly be Sora? Unless in the future they have the exact same thing happen to them with Sora as the bad guy, but I highly doubt that.

Nomura already confirmed everything there is to confirm about that secret ending. He said himself that it was Xehanort. It is the concept for birth by sleep. Nothing more.

I'm almost positive it is just a concept teaser... Though I do understand where you're coming from, it would be cool as hell if the KH2 secret ending WEREN'T, in fact, the prequel to the KH2 FM+ secret ending, and that they were entirely different scenes altogether and that the former actually takes place post-KH2. The only thing that could even slightly convince me to consider that, though, would be the fact that TVA pick up KK, KKD, and Way to Dawn. But, again, I'm pretty sure it was just a concept teaser. Nomura had originally intended for Birth by Sleep to be post-KH2, I believe, then revised the idea.

I agree with the people that posted before me and say I don't think this video has any hidden meaning.

The whole video was an attention grabber. The end of KH2 was happy and peaceful. This showed unknown armored figures and Sora's, Riku's and Mickey's Keyblades stuck in the ground, covered in dirt as if they had been there for years. The video was to grab the view and make him agonize over what was going to happen and it did.

To be fair, EVERYTHING in the KH2 secret ending is covered in dirt like it's been sitting there for years. It's just the CGI team showing off.
