People always say that Xion is just a puppet, she's just a replica, she shouldn't come back, she's where she belongs, blah blah blah. Well, here are Three good reasons she should get a heart:

1) Pinocchio, a wooden puppet, got a heart from some mysterious blue fairy and eventually became a real boy. So if a wooden puppet could become real, WHY CAN'T XION!?!? We need to hijack this blue fairy lady and ask her how the heck she can go around giving hearts to people and whether she knows anythings about kingdom hearts...but I digress.

2) I was reading the coded Ultimania, and they talk several times about data people having hearts and implying that data-sora has a real heart despite what Pete said. IF FREAKIN' DATA CAN HAVE A HEART, WHY CAN'T XION?!?!

3) Dude, she has to come back and be of some actual importance to the storyline besides filler for days. It would be bad if she were just "short lived and sweet."

This is semi-joking and semi-serious. AND WHO IS THIS BLUE FAIRY?!

Actually, Xion, and Riku-Plica have hearts. Nobodies don't have hearts, but Replicas do. Xion, evn if she weren't a puppet, is connected to Sora and Roxas. Apparently everyone with a stronger connection to either of the two show feelings, maybe not hearts, but yeah.

I was under the impression Xion had a heart to begin with...just whatever was in it went back to sora. its almost like Sora is his own mini Kingdom Hearts with all these people who make him up.

As the other two said, Xion already had a heart. However, it's impossible for her to fully come back, since she was completely destroyed. The only way she could come back is for a brief moment to talk to Sora in his heart, since he has her memories as of the end of Re:coded.

That's because Pinocchio was from a Disney film, so it would make sense for him to "have a heart" since Pinocchio is considered a "fairytale". Plus. might I add that Pinocchio didn't technicly get a heart. He just became a real boy just like that. Now, as for Xion she's a little different. She is a replica who was made from Sora's memories of Kairi. The "heart" that she had was planted in her, it wasn't a real heart. It's pretty similiar with Riku Replica. He had memories that acted as his "real memories" but was only fake to deceive him.

Well, that's because of the fact that Data Sora was just made of data of the real Sora from KH1. So since he was made of data, he was also able to produce a data version of Sora's heart as well.

Well, I wouldn't say she's too important to the story. Xion only wanted to be remembered, so that means that she'll return mentally instead of physically returning.

What they said.

Besides what the others have said, this is a nice way to help clean up the story for the next saga. Also in the case she does physically return, Roxas has to physically return too and that roxas is borrowing from too people not just one. I like to think that in Roxas' journal they are all still living happily just like data sora and data riku.

I would really like Xion to come back fully, but doubt she will since she is a part of Sora. Same with Roxas. Same with Namine.

She isn't a part of Sora, more like Sora is a part of her. His memories were used to create her. However it's impossible for her to come back fully, since she was completely and utterly destroyed. All that remains were the memories Data Namine found in the Journal and passed on to Data Sora, who then passed it on to the real Sora.

As for Namine, she's not part of Sora. Sora just provided the Heartless that was required to create her, which I believe is why she is able to go into his heart and mess with his memories, as well as those who are connected to him.

two parts:

Part One: I was under the impression that she was absorbed by Roxas as she died (or what ever Square and Disney want to call it), and that, though not remembered, she was in Roxas and later Sora. If I'm missing some facts, please correct me.

Part Two: I didn't put in Namine well. What I meant was that she was a part of Kairi and so was unlikely to return. Sorry about that.

Nope. If you watch the scene, you'll see that she kinda crystalizes and then shatters. She didn't get absorbed into Roxas, however her death triggered Ven's heart and allowed Roxas to use his Keyblade, being the first to Dual Wield, which he then passed to Sora. All that is left of Xion were the memories she returned to Sora, plus her own memories that Namine found and put into Jiminey's Journal when she created the Data Namine, along with the memories of Terra, Aqua, Ven, and everyone else that was shown at the end of Re:coded.

Actually, she goes back to SORA, DIRECTLY, as both Namin

This is what I thought.

In KH2 it shows Roxas having some of the memories that were inside of Xion. And when Roxas is fight Riku I thought the reason he threw Oblivion to Riku was cuz Xion acted through him. And in the middle of the fight Xion says "Riku please! You have to stop him!" and I really doubt that her voice was projected from Sora all the way in Twilight Town into Riku's head other than just from Roxas as they fought.

Actually, parts of Xion got absorbed and went into Roxas, while the rest of her went directly into Sora. Which is why he was able to gain the ability to dual-weild two keyblades. It really has nothing to do with Ven's heart at all.

Actually, I think it was on an Ultimania that it was Ventus.

That is also how I understand Roxas using two Keyblades.

Me too. I makes sense though.

Heart of one Keyblade wielder + body of another Keyblade wielder = two Keyblades

Same case with Sora but with two hearts instead of a body plus a heart.

I actually have a theory that if it wasn't for Ven's heart Roxas couldn't wield a Keyblade, like Xemnas. It works with the whole "strength of the wielder's heart" thing. (some other people had this theory too, I think)

I've had similar thoughts, though there is another reason Xemnas can't use a keyblade.

Yeah, it's not really known why he can't tough.

which makes me think, can Heartless wield Keyblades? I mean, Ansem used the Keyblade Of People's Hearts while controling Riku, but I don't know if that counts. sorry for the change of subject, lol

Maybe, but most Heartless are mindless, so I doubt they could use it. As for change in subject, that happened a few posts back, so don't worry about it.

Well, technically, from the moment Sora stabbed himself with the Keyblade of People's Hearts to the moment he and Roxas merged at the begining of KH2, Sora was a Heartless, and could use a Keyblade. And in Re:coded, his Data Heartless could use one too.

Well, my original subject wasn't exactly all that great (it was kind of a joke), so changing it was fine.

As for heartless wielding keyblades, I don't think that they can because their hearts are supposed to be collapsed and completely ruled by the darkness. They are usually just instinctual (is that spelled right?), so they probably wouldn't have the heart power or will to wield a keyblade. Ansem is an obvious exception to most heartless. And as for Roxas, I thought it was hinted that he was wielding Ven's keyblade the whole time because he used his keyblade at the same time as Sora.

Well, Heartless can't typically weild a keyblade since the hearts they carry within them have succumbed to darkness. The reason Ansem was able to use the Keyblade of Hearts is because it was made from the 6 princesses of hearts. It didn't actually need to choose its master since its sort of different from a keyblade of light and darkness. That's why Ansem was able to weild it. Plus, might I add the fact that he had the heart of two keyblade weilders, which were Terra and Master Xehanort.

DThe keyblade Data Sora's Heartless was weilding was just a dark imitation of Data Sora's keyblade.

3) Dude, she has to come back and be of some actual importance to the storyline besides filler for days. It would be bad if she were just "short lived and sweet."

This is semi-joking and semi-serious. AND WHO IS THIS BLUE FAIRY?!

I agree with you. People should treat Xion more better.

True enough.
