But aside from that, I'm undecided about the whole Trump thing. It does take some skill to be as successful he is at running his business, but that's entirely different than running the country. Donald Trump would suck at being the President, just because he knows how to make a lot of money doesn't mean he can run a country. I personally don't have a problem with Obama, I know he's goofed up a lot but he's not that bad of a president. All presidents have goofed, we are probably never going to have a person who can run this country and meet the individual needs of every single citizen here.

Trump's gonna run for President? This is all news to me, and I'm an American, shows how much I pay attention to the news on my own time, if it weren't for the times when my History teacher shows CNN Student News, I'd be an uninformed computer geek. Trust me, there would be a lot of stuff I wouldn't know about if it weren't for that, but my dad does watch the news when he gets home so that also adds to my knowledge level from a, what you may call it, 'one sided' point of view. After all, when those people talk, they usually look at it from their side, not from so much of a broader stand point, which can really mess with your perception of life and world events if you are too open to the media.

I don't think he should run for president, I mean he doesn't really have the qualifications. As others have said, he's a businessman not a politician. But maybe that's a good thing.

I don't think he should go for president, he's a great businessman, but that won't help when people start a war, money can't solve everything in the world, things will happen, and he will completely mess up, just like Bush. Obama looks like he's doing a good job (coming from an Australian that doesn't know much about politics), so he should stay.

My face is throbbing from the facepalm I made after reading this.

 

1. The whole reason why people are asking for his birth certificate is because it isn't confirmed that he was born in the US. If it was the whole birth certificate thing would never come up.

 

2. How is asking for a birth certificate racist? Because Obama's black? If anything that makes you racist for making race such a big deal even though it isn't. It's not any Business. It's only one of the top 10 businesses in America which amassed billions of dollars and even got it's own televison show.

 

Running a government is also a lot like running a business. You collect resources, you work with idiots, you try to make yourself look good, and of course you have an army. Yes many big businesses have small private armies.

 

Some would even argue President is a less powerful position than Mega-Corporation CEO.
