Story:

 

Chaos has obtained a strong power and has threatened to destroy the universe if he has the ultimate power, The warriors have teamed up once again to help Cosmos to destroy this evil, Most worlds have been destroyed or ruined by Chaos' power. The Warriors of Cosmos need to stop Chaos from obtaining the ultimate power, the power that holds the whole universe together, they call it the Ultima it has the power to create and destroy a whole universe, it controls time and space. The warriors of Chaos have to stop Cosmos' Warriors obtaining the Ultima so they can hand it over to Chaos so he can absorb the power and use it to take over the universe or destroy it.

 

Rules:

 

1: No taking control of other peoples Characters without permission.

 

2: You can use your own character or a Final Fantasy Character.

 

3: You can choose which side you want to be on Chaos or Cosmos.

 

4: You can't kill other people's characters without permission.

 

5: Don't use bad language, things like Crap or Damn are allowed but no words that are too bad.

 

6: You can be Kingdom Hearts Characters.

Jaina turned to the man in armor, "She didn't summon me. I came of my own will."

Johnny becomes wary of the man in front of him, "Oh yeah? What do you want it for? To return the world to nothing? What?"

Another voice came from the top of the stairs, "That blade can only be used for one purpose." Johnny turned to the source of the voice. He could not believe his eyes. There stood Xehanort, arms crossed, ready for anything. "Unlocking Kingdom Hearts, and returning all worlds to the darkness."

Johnny summoned one Keyblade to Xehanort and the other to the man in white, "Neither of you are getting the Keyblade as long as I'm alive!"

Gilgamesh waited for Johnny and Cloud in the Throne Room. Surprisingly, the chair was quite comfy and fit the massive man well.

"What's taking them so long?" Gilgamesh whined. "They were just going to check out one place for that guy with the fake sword..."

"Xehanort." Sec's gaze quickly glanced from Johnny to the other man, then loked back to the hero. "I'm afraid that the true power of Kingdom Hearts is beyond your grasp. I intend to bring balance between light and darkness, to return the worlds to their natural states."

 

"Sec!" A woman droped down form the ceiling above them, landing beside Johnny. A gunblade flashed into her hand, the Keyblade's revolver spinning. "You forgot to mention that everything would be destroyed!" Sec grinned.

 

"Alma. Even in this war, I can not escape you." His platinum guantlets flashed, the inlaid gems shining in the darkness. "Unfortunately, what she says is true. Think of it like... pressing the reset button on the universe. Everything returned to its natural state. The worlds free, and in harmony. We will be reborn, and fate's dice will be recast."

 

"We don't need your 'mercy'." Alma raised her blade against the man. "We can fix the worlds on our own. Even Allo-" She caught herself. "Heart's Eclipse. This is your last chance, Sec. Stand down." She quickly glanced to Johnny and Xehanort. She knew who the latter was, and he couldn't be trusted, but the man beside her had the Keyblade. Who was he?

 

"I tire of your meddling, woman." The gems in Sec's guantlets flashed, holy magic sprouting of from the weapons. "Perhaps Jast was right. You'r eonly a liability."

 

Alma sneered at the sound of her sister's name, backing up slightly. "Hey." She said back to Johnny. "We can't stay here."

Zack looked around.

"Where'd johnny go?" he asked. it seemed liek johnny just got up and walked away, into the castle, Cloud sighed.

"Anyways, I didn't really hear much, I just got here, fought a guy, got an orb, then Genesis came."

Genesis nodded towars the doctor.

"intresting creatures." he said.

"But what are they exactly?" he asked.

-meanwhile-

Golbez sighed.

"So be it." he said, summoning another portal.

{Cloud}

Cloud nods. While he hoped Zack had seen something insightful, he knew that not everything works like people hope.

"Well, once we find Johnny, maybe we can get back the orbs from Genesis." Cloud says.

He is about to say more when he hears voices ahead. Cloud picks up speed to see what's going on. He turns a corner and sees Johnny with three unknown individuals. Cloud summons his fusion swords and stands beside Johnny.

"Friends of yours?" Cloud asks Johnny.

{Dr Cid}

Dr Cid holds up his head in an confused gesture.

"I am unsure." He says. "They seem to be...a piece of a whole."

Cid glances around.

"What ever they are, they seem to be drawn to living creatures for some reason."

Johnny turns briefly to Cloud, "Can't say that they are." He then turned to Alma and nodded, "Agreed." Johnny summoned two more Keyblades and merged them into a massive Keyblade Ride. Johnny jumped into the control seat and motioned for Cloud, Zack, and Alma to jump on. The four took off through the castle and grabbed the rest of Cosmos' warriors before stopping outside, where they had left Vicente and Rinoa.

The Keyblade Ride turned back into four Keyblades and Johnny dismissed them. He turned to Alma and said, "We haven't exchanged pleasantries and we're already comrades in arms." He extended a hand to the new warrior, "I'm Johnny Madman, 1st Class SOLDIER. And you are?"

Xehanort looked up at Sec and shook his head, "The x-Blade is a force beyond your comprehension." A black, fearsome creature appeared behind Xehanort, "I would do well to destroy you now."

"Alma. Alma Jalce." She stood with her arms crossed. "This isn't a game, Johnny. I don't know what kind of relationship you have with Xehanort, but Sec's my only concern here. I'm not in this for allies, or Cosmos, or Ultima. Sec has to be stopped." Her icy words shot across with a familiar tone. It was almost like Lightning...

Sec looked up at the man before him, his shadowy other hovering behind its master. "The Guardian. I had imagined it would be... bigger." Sec said with a grin on his face. "There is nothing to make us enemies, Xehanort. In fact, we even seek the same object." He brushed the hair out of his eyes lightly. "Even your pawn, Vanitas, is here. Can we reach no accord?"

 

"I believe we can both be satisfied with the results of a... temeporary... alliance."

{Cloud}

Cloud inspects the Keyblade Ride. This keyblade looks useful. Cloud switches his attention to Alma. Yet another unknown. Also one of those people who don't understand that this war was about the fate of everything.

"Perhaps you should have stayed behind if stopping Sec is your only concern." Cloud says, annoyed.

"Yeah, why didn't I think of that?" She glared to Cloud. "I would have killed Sec years ago if I could. He's too powerful. Besides..." Alma uncrossed her arms. "I couldn't let Johnny here get wrapped up in my affairs. I've let too many people die for me already."

 

She thought back to Thay and Caan. It was Sec's fault that they were dead, not hers. But no matter how many times she told herself that, it felt like she was lying. "Johnny. Sec mentioned that you can use the χ-blade. Is that true?"

Johnny nodded, "I'm one of very few who can singlehandedly fuse the x-Blade." Johnny then turned his attention to the Xehanort issue, "This is actually the first time I've met Xehanort, but it's not the first I've seen of him. Besides, I know it's not a game. I've fought in this conflict before. I can hold my own against Sec or Xehanort anyday."

Gil stood there confused, "Who's Sec? Or Xehanort? What's a x-Blade?"

Johnny shook his head, "It's complicated."

Xehanort laughed, "Vanitas is here? So he didn't perish..." Xehanort then turned to more important matters, "What concerns me is getting Kingdom Hearts to appear here. Only then can we open the door."

"Your worries are no more." Sec's voice remained flat, although his expression said otherwise. "Kingdom Hearts simply awaits the blade, as do we both." Ambient Holy magic spurted lightly out of his guantlets."Johnny is a viable candidate for the blade, and I trust Vanitas is capable of such a feat. If I must..." He brought a hand to his chin, as if in thought. "I may be able to summon Jast, should the need arise."

"Jast?" Xehanort wondered. "Some pawn of yours, perhaps?"

"My Vanitas, if you will." Sec's attention returned to Xehnaort. "And Alma's sister. Her twin sister..."

 

Sec returned to his mind. "I can force Jast to summon the χ-blade if the need should arise, but I would rather not lose her. I believe Johnny is the best road to persue in this case."

"Very complicated." Alma scanned the crowd before her. Everyone seemed to have been in this war for a while. Everyone except her. What were they supposed to be doing? She had barely met Cosmos, and been given the vague objective of finding something called Ultima.

 

"So, um... what happens next?"

{Cloud}

"We regroup." Cloud says. "Johnny, if you could get us back to The Sanctuary. There, we will plan our next move."

Cloud leans back and looks at Alma.

"If you could tell us as much as you can about Sec, it might help. While you might feel he is your problem, right now he seems to be everyone's problem."

Cloud shifts his gaze off to the distance.

"Also" Cloud says slowly. "I'd like to know more about this Kingdom Hearts."

Alma took a deep breath, followed by an equally deep sigh. "What's there to say about Kingdom Hearts? Hell, it's practicaly a theoretical concept. Some say that it holds the power to conquer worlds; that it contains absolute darkness. Some even call it the Heart of all Worlds. Me... I think it's a bridge to the Realm of Darkness. Any of those would be a bad thing for Sec or Xehanort to get their hands on. As for Sec..." She stopped, closing her eyes.

 

"He used to be my royal advisor. I was too young to rule, but the king chose me anyways because of this damned key." She gestured the Keyblade. "Then one day, he tricked me into unlocking my world's heart and overthrew me. My subjects turned against me; even the Cult of Skaro. It's his fault that my world's in ruins, that all of my friends are dead." Her face twisted into a scowl. "He even turned my own sister against me."

Serah clasped Alma’s hand.

“Your sister, huh,” she said. ”The bond between sisters can never be broken, not even by death.”

Then she fully registed Zack.

“Zack, didn’t Balthier give you something,” she asked. ”It holds a key to Ultima.”

Cloud thinks a moment. This Kingdom Hearts could be a problem if the wrong person opened it. Cloud sighs. One more headache to worry about.

"Alma." Cloud says to get the woman's attention. "What is Sec's ultimate goal? Surely gaining access to Kingdom Hearts isn't the end goal."

"You're right, it isn't." She turned to Cloud. "Sec intends to cleanse the worlds, forcing the balance between light and darkness. In the process, everything that exists now will be destroyed." She sighed again. "In fact, I wouldn't be suprised if he's already a few steps into it. I'm afraid he may only need the χ-blade." Alma looked to Johnny. "Apparently, that's where you come in."

Suddenly the crystal left behind by Balthier started glowing and lifted itself out of Zack’s pocket. Serah instinctively grabbed it. It started glowing brighter and transformed into an Ultima.

 

“Baltheir’s Ultima,” Serah mused. ”We’re one step closer.”

 

Vanille smiled and laughed.

 

“One step closer! Can’t be too much longer now,” the Oerban chirped.

 

Suddenly a dark portal opened. A voice emanated from it, resembling Lightning’s.

 

“Sister, come here,” it said.

{Cloud}

Cloud whips around when he hears the voice. He watches the dark portal for a moment. This didn't feel right. He places a hand on Serah's shoulder.

"There's something fishy here." Cloud says to Serah. "Be carefull."

Hope stepped forward.

“I’ll go,” he said. ”I don’t belong in this war anyway. I’ll make it up to Lightning, and Snow, and you Serah.”

Hope walked over to the shadowy portal. It didn’t feel right, but it led somewhere.

“Guys, save Cosmos.”

Hope entered the portal. The others could see through it; it was a dark realm. Hope looked around, and was hit by a fiery blast. He fell over.

“Hope!” Vanille shouted, and darted forward. But some magic prevented her from getting close. Then, a weapon, a keyblade, orange and fiery, drove itself into Hope’s chest. His heart floated out of his body and hovered in midair. The heart was black, but a bright light shone from within. Then a hand grabbed it and took the heart. The dark portal closed, and a figure leapt out of it.

“Betcha thought it was your sister, huh?” he sneered. His red and brown eyes scanned the crowd.

The dark portal closed behind him.

“A heart of Light and Darkness, intriguing,” he said. ”Don’t worry, your friend’s not dead.”

“Give him back,” Serah shouted. She summoned her Bowblade and readied an arrow.

The figure summoned another keyblade, shadowy like pure darkness, and struck a battle pose.

“By the way, the name’s Drex.”

{Cloud}

Cloud's face hardens with anger.

"Don't care." Cloud responses to Drex's introduction.

Cloud summons his fusion swords and strikes at Drex. The Keyblade wielder blocks. Cloud keeps Drex's Keyblade in a lock with his sword.

"I'll give you one chance." Cloud says.

Cloud shoves Drex to the ground. He ejects a side blade from the fusion swords. Unfolding the side blade, he points it under Drex's chin, while resting the weight of the fusion sword of Drex's Keyblade, pinning it.

"You are going to bring Hope back." Cloud says, his eyes flashing with anger. "Or you join the long list of lives claimed by this war. You choice."

Zack saw Cloud lose it.

'Wow...' he thought in his mind. Cloud was never this bloodthirsty... it could of just been because of the things he's seen...

-meanwhile-

Genesis sighed.

"I suppose... strange creatures..." he said. Cid nodded.

"so, what is next on our agenda, doc?" he asked.

Golbez walked through the portal, and vanished.

“Long list, sounds like fun,” Drex taunted. Then, like a pheonix, his body burst into flames and disappeared.

 

But he left a parting gift. A golden sword appeared in the air and thrust itself into Cloud, then disappeared. Drex’s voice rang in the air.

 

“I’ll have to lengthen it myself now!”

 

“Cloud!” Serah gasped and caught him. Vanille rushed over.

 

“CURAJA!” she shouted and began mending Cloud’s wound.

Another Keyblade weilder, and he could use darkness as well. What exactly was this war?

 

Whatever was going on, this Drex character had to be stopped. He reminded Alma so much of Jast... and it sickened her. She couldn't just go after him though, especially after what he just did to Hope. The sharp pain in her chest returned, Alma tugging the collar of her shirt forward. The pin on her chest glistened, the dark fluid inside sloshing around. Too much darkness. She had to calm down.

 

Alma knelt down next to the Vanille. "Cloud. Come on, you can't let a sucker punch like that take you."

Cloud’s wounds looked better, but Vanille began tearing up. She turned to Alma.

“Alma, you know about the heart, right?” she inquired. ”Why would he want Hope’s heart; Hope doesn’t know him! Can Hope come back?”

Drex turned over his prize in his hand. The heart would be useful, but he had failed his first mission. He had intended to seize the Ultima piece from Hope, but Hope hadn’t been holding any. The girl must have them. But at least he escaped with a useful weapon.

“Alexander, the Great Wall,” Drex muttered as he tossed the green crystal into the air and caught it. ”How can I corrupt you?”
