Story:

 

Chaos has obtained a strong power and has threatened to destroy the universe if he has the ultimate power, The warriors have teamed up once again to help Cosmos to destroy this evil, Most worlds have been destroyed or ruined by Chaos' power. The Warriors of Cosmos need to stop Chaos from obtaining the ultimate power, the power that holds the whole universe together, they call it the Ultima it has the power to create and destroy a whole universe, it controls time and space. The warriors of Chaos have to stop Cosmos' Warriors obtaining the Ultima so they can hand it over to Chaos so he can absorb the power and use it to take over the universe or destroy it.

 

Rules:

 

1: No taking control of other peoples Characters without permission.

 

2: You can use your own character or a Final Fantasy Character.

 

3: You can choose which side you want to be on Chaos or Cosmos.

 

4: You can't kill other people's characters without permission.

 

5: Don't use bad language, things like Crap or Damn are allowed but no words that are too bad.

 

6: You can be Kingdom Hearts Characters.

Xehanort regained his balance and summoned the guardian once again.

"Hmph. Is that the best you can do?" Xehanort flew towards Johnny and Serah, the guardian preparing a force to hit its master's enemy.

Johnny grabbed Serah and got out of the way of Xehanort's charge, "You haven't have seen the half of it. I've still got a few tricks of my own."

{Cloud}

Cloud jumps and lands in front of the charging Xehanort. Cloud plants his feet, braces himself and blocks. Xehanort's Guardian hits Cloud's block, pushing the SOLDIER back, but not breaking the block. After a few feet, the Guardian stops. Cloud smiles grimly at Xehanort.

"You might be good." Cloud says. "But you can't beat all of us."

"Is that so?" Xehanort uncrossed his arms and pulled out his keyblade and pointed it at Cloud. "How skilled are you in the dark arts?"

"Just enough," was all he heard before a punch appeared and knocked him into the pipeson the wall.

Johnny pulled his hand out of the portal and pointed a Keyblade at Xehanort, "You sure you can keep up with me?"

Xehanort looked at Johnny, who was now covered in a dark aura. Xehanort began to laugh, "You betray your goddess by falling into darkness."

Johnny stared at Xehanort and replied, his voice deeper, "My light is every bit as strong as my darkness. I can handle both."

Xehanort got back in the air and began to move towards the Keyhole, "Follow me, if you dare..." He disappeared through the multi-colored door.

Johnny jumped right through and saw what Xehanort meant. The guardian had become more fearsome and larger. Xehanort's eyes were a solid yellow.

His voice beamed like a lion's roar, "DARKNESS CONQUERS ALL WORLDS!!!"

{Cloud}

Cloud follows Johnny and Xehanort into the Keyhole. He stops on the other side as he sees Xehanort.

"Maybe." Cloud calls back to Xehanort. "But you won't live to see it!"

Cloud jumps at Xehanort. In mid-air, Cloud ejects the hollow blade and wields it in his left hand. He uses the hollow blade to deflect one of the Guardian's hands as he swings the fusion sword at Xehanort himself.

Zack caught up to see the others fighting Xehanort.

"Enough room for one more?" he asked jumping into the fray, heartless leeped towards him, he immediately slashed through them.

"Let's go!" he yelled.

-meanwhile-

Genesis sighed. Waiting for all this... wouldn't it be simpler just to pick them off one by one? they just let Zack get caught up when they could of gotten him right there as the others fought xehanort... oh well.

{Dr Cid}

Cid sees the frustration in Genesis's face. Cid understands the feeling.

"I believe our chance for Zack has slipped by us at this time." Cid says to the group. "But Serah is alone at this moment."

Cid rubs his hands together.

"A tempting target."

Cid glances to Golbez, Drex and Genesis in turn as he lays out a plan.

"Xehanort should keep the others occupied as we move. Golbez, you and myself shall guard the Keyhole in case any of the of the girls friends return. Drex and Genesis, you shall move on Serah."

"FOOLS!" Xehanort beamed. His keyblade had changed into a dual-sided saber and he swung it at Cloud. He missed, but oh so narrowly. Cloud went flying off after the blow.

Johnny charged at Xehanort and the two clashed weapons.

Xehanort smiled, "Do you really think you can defeat me?"

Johnny smiled as he summoned another Keyblade, ready to stab his adversary, "I guess we'll just find out."

Johnny's stab was deflected, but Johnny had not intended it to hit him. Instead, Johnny kicked off and flew towards Zack.

Johnny reached out his hand and called to his friend, "Zack, think fast!"

Gilgamesh was taking his dear sweet time following his friends to the Keyhole. Anticipating a Heartless attack at anytime, he kept hiding behind pillars and such as he moved through the room.

{Cloud}

Cloud, seeing what Johnny had in mind, pivots in mid-air to plant his feet against a "wall." He sprang off the "wall", heading for Xehanort. Cloud throws his hollow blade, and swings his fusion sword, ejecting all the other blades at Xehanort, leaving Cloud with only the main blade. The air born pieces of Clouds fusion swords narrowly miss Xehanort, as Cloud intended. The swords instead kept Xehanort in one location. Cloud barrels bast Xehanort, striking at Xehanort's Keyblade, knocking the the dark Keyblade wielder off balance. Cloud sails past

"Now!" He yells to Johnny and Zack.

OOC: Several FFXIII and FFXIII-2 allusions coming up.

 

Serah had taken some steps back to recuperate. When they ran into the Keyhole, it closed behind them.

 

“Guys!” she shouted. And ran forward. But they were gone; and she smelt smoke.

 

She wheeled around to see Drex pick up Vanille’s motionless body.

 

“Hey there girlie, did your escorts abandon you?”

 

“Don’t touch her!” Serah shouted, and steadied an arrow.

 

“Fine then, it’ll be fun to watch you squirm!” Drex said, summoning the keyblades and dropping Vanille.

 

He charged forward. Serah cart wheeled backwards and shot an arrow. Drex parried it and shot a stream of fire at her. She blocked it with her blade, and ran at him. Drex jumped skyward and tossed both keyblades at her. They landed on either side of her, electrocuting her.

 

“Hah, easier than I expected,” Drex taunted.

 

“But I won’t lose,” Serah said, “As long as I have faith, I’ll survive!”

 

With that, she crushed the Odin crystal, and summoned Odin to her side.

 

“This game just got fun,” Drex sneered.

 

‘I hope I can hold off until the others get back, I know they’re alive,’ she thought.

{Dr Cid}

Dr Cid groans as he sees Serah summon Odin. He should have foreseen that.

"Change of plan." Cid tells Genesis and Golbez. "Golbez, you're in charge of guarding the portal. Genesis, you and I will help subdue the summoned creature."

Dr Cid moves toward the battle. He summons his two guns and fires a volley at Odin.

“Change of plans Dr. Cid. Okay then, if need be, follow my lead.” Drex told the Dr.

 

Odin took the blows and slashed at Genesis. Drex used this moment to dive under the Eidolon and attack Serah again. Serah cartwheeled backwards and shot an ice shard at Drex. Drex jumped over it and sent a fireball at Serah.

 

“I can’t do this on my own, it’s 3 to 1!” she said.

 

Then, as if to remind her, Odin abandoned his attack on Genesis and leaped in front of Serah. The Eidolon began dueling with Drex.

 

Serah made a dash for Vanille’s body. She lifted it over her shoulders and ran behind Odin.

 

Odin had taken a beating, so time for Plan B. Odin pushed Drex aside and transformed into the steed form, lifting the girls on top.

 

Cursing, Drex dove at Serah, but Odin leaped high up and charged at the keyhole.

 

“Now!” Serah shouted, pointing at the Keyhole.

 

“Now!” Drex shouted, and shot a beam of light from his Keyblade.

 

Odin crashed into the keyhole, sending Serah and Vanille through it. But just before they made it in, Drex’s beam hit Serah.

 

The girls were gone, but Serah’s Ultima floated over to Drex. He tossed it to Dr. Cid.

 

“You wanted that junk, right?”

Serah and Lightning appeared behind Cloud, Johnny, and Zack. Vanille hit the floor, but Serah landed on her feet. She felt weak, but she had to go on. Odin’s Blades floated over to her, ready to perform the finisher. She nodded.

 

“ZANTETSUKEN!” Serah shouted. The blades flew upwards and slashed into Xehanort.

Genesis grabbed the ultima orb, then put it to his skin, he felt a familiar power fluctuate within him. the warrior's of cosmos saw them.

-meanwhile-

Golbez continued to stay in charge of the portal, he watched them fight from affar.

'Does it ever end...' he thought to himself.

-meanwhile-

Zack turned to see Serah and Lightning.

"Where'd you guys come from?" he asked.

OOC: It’s Serah and Vanille. Lightning is currently MIA.

Johnny angled himself to stop, while still able to shoot back at Xehanort if he needed to.

Xehanort was now strugglng to keep going after the Zantetsuken. He dismissed the guardian and fell to the floor. He summoned a corridor of darkness and disappeared. His voice, however, lingered behind, "You shall see...all will fall to darkness...not even the power of the x-Blade will be able to stop it..."

Johnny stood standing at where Xehanort once was, "He'll be back. Xehanort never was one to go out like that."

{Cloud}

Cloud lands and quickly reassembles his Fusion sword. After he is done he hefts it to his shoulder and moves over to his allies.

"That went well, all things considered." Cloud says.

He looks over at Serah.

"You feeling alright?" Cloud asks, as Serah looks a little out of sorts.

{Dr Cid}

"Alright." Cid calls to his colleagues. "We have what we came for."

Cid nods and Venat opens a portal away from Hollow Bastion.

"It is time for us to move on."

Cid steps over to the gate and waits a moment for the others.

Genesis made sure they collected the rest of the ultima and left.

'Good, they're to busy to care.' he thought to hismelf holding the chest of ultima pieces. he hurried intio the portal, Golbez looked to them.

"Foolish..." he said walking through it. Zack breathed.

"intresting..." he said.

Drex looked at Genesis.

‘This guy’s something of a loon. He wants, no, loves power. I gave him Serah’s and Vanille’s Ultimas, but nothing else. If two make him go nuts, what will the others do?’ Drex thought.

Serah nodded to Johnny.

“Can you do me a favor?” she asked. ”May you check my heart? Drex hit me with something. I feel weak, but I’m okay otherwise. Nothing a good sleep won’t fix. Has he taken my Ultima?”

(eh, Genesis grabbed the ones they stole from them including the new ultima's)

They re-appeared in the Midgar ShinRA, Genesis set the chest on the table. Gollbez leaned on the wall.

"You found those?" he asked. Genesis shook his head.

"These are the pieces they stole a while ago... I was meerly, taking back what's ours." he said. Golbez looked at the chest. then opened it. Many bright pieces of the Ultima including th enew ones were in it. he didn't count but th eammount seemed close to 20, however the warriors of cosmos still had a couple.

"Genesis, I'm impressed." Golbez said. Genesis nodded.

"Well... I did hear what you said." he added. Golbez nodded.

'If we don't complete Ultima... or if they don't... the dragon will destroy us all...' he thought to himself.

OOC: ^How did he… whatever.

 

Drex frowned.

“Golbez, what is the nature of this war? What is its goal?

Golbez looked to Drex.

"The goal... I'd assume to defeat Cosmos, goddess of harmony." he said. Drex nodded.

"however, we have an extra goal, to claim all the pieces of ULTIMA and complete it, that explains the chest Genesis brought in." he said, Genesis was talking to Cid.

"We were all summoned by the gods to do battle with the warriors of cosmos, in the event that we all perish by they're steel... the cycle starts again." he said.

{Dr Cid}

Cid joins the others at Shinra Mansion and closes the portal.

"Good work, gentlemen." He says, a smile on his face. "Now, we wait for another opportune time to steal more pieces from the warriors of Cosmos."

Dr Cid thinks a moment.

"This Xehanort seems to be a good distraction. If we can predict or control his actions, we should be able to collect all the pieces, post haste."

Johnny nodded to Serah, "This may feel weird, so just bear with me here. I've never done this with the heart in the body before." Johnny stabbed Serah's chest slightly with the Keyblade, allowing a rift to her heart. He then reached into the rift he formed and then closed his eyes. He searched Searh's heart for any sign of Ultima but could not.

Johnny removed the Keyblade and resealed Serah's heart, "He took your Ultima. No mistaking it. But at least he didn't tamper with it at all." Johnny turned back to the entrance to the Keyhole, "We should get going. Drex isn't here."

{Cloud}

Cloud quietly watches Johnny helping Serah. He is relieved to hear Johnny's proclamation. Then Cloud concentrates on the situation. Drex had attacked, but had it been that Cloud and his friends had tracked him here? Or did he follow them.

"I'm not sure he was here before we were." Cloud responses to Johnny. "He might have been following us."

Cloud turns to Serah.

"What happened out there?"

“It was an ambush,” Serah said. ”The moment you all went into the keyhole, I was attacked by Drex, Genesis, Dr. Cid, and that man, Golbex? I would have easily been defeated had it not been for Odin’s interference. They only just barely stole the Ultimas. Do you think that they were working with that Xehanort guy? If so, Chaos’ side is organized, have all the current Ultimas, and are ready to pick us off. I say we head back to Cosmos, see if any reinforcements have arrived, and decide what to do from there. They wouldn’t attack us at Cosmos’ would they?”

 

“Nope,” a cheery voice responded. ”They wouldn’t!”

 

They turned around to see Vanille smiling brightly. She seemed to be fidgeting with joy?

 

“Come sleepy heads!” she shouted. ”Move those lazy butts! It’s party time!”

 

Serah looked at the others confused.

Party time? Now? Johnny didn't understand.

"No, now's not the time to be that happy," Johnny opened a corridor of darkness to Order's Sanctuary. "Let's go." Befor he stepped through, he stopped himself, "Wait a minute...where's Gilgamesh?"

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Gilgamesh roared from the entrance to the Keyhole. "Too long I've waited for thi..." Gil looked around, "Where'd the big ol' monster go?"

Johnny replied before walking through the corridor, "Gone. Xehanort disappeared."
