DChiuch 5,773 Posted June 16, 2011 Yoshinori Kitase, a producer from Square Enix, has commented on the PSP Remaster program that was recently announced. Yitase had this to say about the program, which takes popular PSP games and re-releases them for the PlayStation 3. This paraphrasing comes from andriasang.com. Kitase commented briefly on Sony's new PSP Remaster program which takes PSP titles and remasters them in HD on PlayStation 3. He said that he's interested in this program, but because they're placing their full effort on Final Fantasy Type-0 and XIII-2, they currently don't have anything decided. As you can see, Kitase's comment suggests that titles such as Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep may eventually be remade for PS3, however nothing for this has been done yet. What do you think? Nikolasvanitas 358 Posted June 16, 2011 i wish they could remake kh1,2 re:com and bbs for ps3 in a collection ,this could be the best way to celebrate the kingdom hearts series and a nice way for people who want to get the full story and experience of the kingdom hearts games but still i dont think its gonna happen

Well sometimes people need to sleep.... Anyways, sounds cool. I doubt there will be anything soon though. Especially since Type-0 hasn't even been talked about in America yet. J. Severe 1,137 Posted June 17, 2011 Didn't BBS come out just last year? There can't be a remake of it already. Meanwhile, the PS2 is pretty much dead, so the KH games for that should be remade, like KH, KH Re:CoM, and KH2. I'd pay top dollar for that. As for BBS, just no. Exlon 165 Posted June 18, 2011 Eh, BBS doesn't really need a remake. I think if they made PS3 remakes, they should just start out with KH + KHII. Then scootch along to side games. Like Days would be a lot more fun with spoken dialogue, don't you think? Although, admittedly, it doesn't have much of a story compared to the others (neither does Re:coded), but since Days was my first game, I didn't know that. Frankly, I would like a CoM that doesn't use battle cards. It's the one game I haven't played yet because of it. I'll try this summer! But...urgh, I don't like these card thingies. SoraKH 793 Posted June 18, 2011 they have to remake days on ps2... they don't have to remake bbs an ps3 i agree with j.severe that BBS came out just last year , i mean bbs has so good graphics not like days..they don have to remake nothing on ps3.. they have to remake kh1 and 2 (not that they have to be remade) on psp...imagine it will be grate if kh2 has shotlock commands..and theatre mode too!!!! But the people who have ps3 and not a ps2 can expirience kh 1,
TheKingdomkid 1,194 Posted June 22, 2011 i think they should remaster KH1, Re:CoM, and KH2 for the PS3 like they did with the prince of persia games and sly the racoon video games that would be awesome
Autosaver 0 Posted June 29, 2011 I doubt it. I'm probably expecting Square's titles (Not ones that partnered with other companies such as KH) to be released as the remaster program. (FF titles) Square didn't even release Birth by Sleep for digital download. I don't expect to be excited even if it does get made. This is the PSP remaster program that Capcom/Kojima are doing, right? Gameplay shows that not much of the game has changed. Monster Hunter/Metal Gear Solid look like PS2/PSP titles that have been tuned up a bit. Nothing outbreaking and a bit outdated.

Mog 97 Posted June 30, 2011 KH1, Re:CoM & KH2 HD collection complete with trophy support. Is asking for the final mixes too much?
Rob 5,571 Posted June 30, 2011 KH1, Re:CoM & KH2 HD collection complete with trophy support. Is asking for the final mixes too much? I'd just like KH1 FM, KH2 FM, and BBS FM with trophy support.
Mog 97 Posted June 30, 2011 I'd just like KH1 FM, KH2 FM, and BBS FM with trophy support. Well, Europe didn't get Re:com so I would like the chance to finally play it... And I got BBSFM on my psp which I have played time and time again.. Anyway it would seem unlikely for BBSFM to be remade so early after it's release at the start of this year, where as the older KH titles have been out for many years. Birth By Sleep Final Mix came out about a year after the Japanese release. It was practically right next to the American release.
riku1123 11 Posted July 1, 2011 I would just like the final mixes to have english releases so that we can have a battle between sora and roxas, and sora vs. Xemnas in KH
