July 22, 201114 yr Tobi is my favorite Naruto character, and I'm in love with Madara. I hate his english voice acter tho. He sounds much awesomer in the Japanese version OMG Tobi is Tobi. Madara is Madara. They are different people! Um. Tobi is just an act put on by Madara so that he can keep his existance a secret untill the right time. They are the same person.
