The sunrise of the early morning started to peek off the cliff where the dojo where Gin lived. The sunlight came out of the blinds of his room and hitting his closed eyes. Gin lifted his eyes open from his sleep and saw the sunlight and moved his eyes away from it. His sight was blurry at first and he tried to get out of bed but fell to the floor, which snapped him out of his grogginess. "Ow," Gin said after he fell from his bed. He heard laughter from the foot of his bed, thinking it could be one of his friends seeing him fall like that. "Hey its not that funny." Gin shot up from where he fell and saw partially long black hair and brown eyes that pierced into Gin's eyes. Gin stood there at the disbelief that he saw his brother Kurai, standing in his room. Kurai is Gin's brother that went to the darkside a month ago, Gin never forgave his brother for that because a couple times in the current month he comes and "visits" him to "check up on him". In other words, Kurai goes to visit him to get him to the dark side to fight along side with him. Gin stared at his brother with daggers and Kurai had a devious grin on his face for some odd reason. "Hello brother," Kurai said to Gin. "Kurai," Gin was very shocked to see him because today there was a major exam today and Gin had to focus on his studies. "In the flesh, I know its an important day today and you need to concentrate but I wanted to say that I want you to give you luck for the exam." Kurai said to Gin as he walked up to him and set his hand on his shoulder. "Is that all?" Gin said with anger hidden in his voice. "Can't a brother come to give there brother luck on a test?" Kurai asked him. "No," Gin replied. Kurai laughed a little and said "Fine, I'll leave, I all ready did all I want to do here." then disappeared in darkness. Gin rolled his eyes and walked out of his room for breakfast, now trying to forget his encounter with Kurai.

Interesting intro, that had gotten me captivated for more. Great work and keep it up.

Gin walked down the stairs to the kitchen and saw blonde hair at the bottom of them. The hair flipped and Gin saw sapphire eyes in a sea of blonde hair and the eyes looked at me. "Hey Kiiro," I walked past her and opened the fridge. Kiiro moved her blonde hair out of her face to see Gin and replied weakly "Hey Gin,". Gin noticed that she looked weak, sad, and hurt and she has never been those things early in the morning since she was a morning person. Gin pulled out the milk and looked up and down her to see if she was hurt or just had a bad dream. She moved her blonde hair from her ear and Gin saw a purple bruise on her neck that looked like she was punched at. Gin's eyes shot open at remembering what Kurai said that he was finished from what he did at the dojo. Gin tried not to get really mad, which was a problem because he gets mad easily. He tried to get her to admit that she got the bruise from Kurai and not falling or something. "What's with the bruise on your neck?" Gin said trying to hide his anger. Kiiro's hand went straight to the bruise and smiled weakly "Okay you have to promise not to tell anyone this okay Gin?" she said in a whisper. "Okay what?" Gin asked as silent as her. "Kurai came into my room and tried to kiss me but I told him to get lost but he forced me to but I just kicked him in the ..... you know." She finished saying it in Gin's ear and Gin's anger got the best of him and bawled his hand's into fists and slammed them on the counter. "Damn it he got to you too!!! He came to me to "give me luck" and he hurts you!!" Gin said with piercing anger inside him. The anger continued to bubble inside him as he slammed his fist onto the counter again. Kiiro softly touched her fingers on Gin's arm and looked at him with her sapphire eyes and it calmed Gin down. She didn't have to say anything to know that she wanted him to calm down. "I'm sorry it's just that he has the gall to come over here and hurt you. It's just not right." Gin said leaning on the counter. "I understand your mad but you need to remember it's our final exams today and you need to be on top of your game today or you won't pass." Kiiro poured some milk into two cups and handed one to Gin. "Yeah I know. I can't forget all the advance stuff we learned. "Okay, good." Kiiro gave a huge smile that made her close her eyes because of her smile. Gin and Kiiro heard footsteps coming down the stairs, they were silent and calm. "Is it master, he never comes out of the meditation part of the dojo?" Gin asked Kiiro. Kiiro shrugged and looked up the steps as best she could without leaving her spot. The persons head was down but they saw fire red hair fall down the person's face. The red haired person walked sloppily to the fridge but instead of opening the fridge he hit the fridge and smudged his face to the fridge door. He fell to the floor and his red hair fell in his face and some where on the floor and he silently snored. Gin rolled his eyes and went for the sink in the island in between the counter and fridge where the boy was. "Aka if you don't get up now I'm going to shock you," Gin said loudly to wake Aka up. Aka moved a little with a snort in his sleep and Gin turned on the sink and flicked some water on Aka and said "Okay but you asked for it," Gin said and brought down a wet hand and lightning shot out of his hands and fell down to Aka. Aka's eyes shot opened and screamed in pain of the lighting and he snapped out of it after Gin was done. "WHY DID YOU DO THAT!" smoke was coming out of his hair and he looked like he was going to kill someone. "Next time don't come down stairs and into the kitchen asleep ." Gin leaned on the island and stared into Aka's eyes. "Okay," Aka opened the fridge and then became pale. "Oh - my - God!!!! IT'S THE FINAL EXAMS ISN'T IT!!" Aka shouted. "Yeah but don't worry you need a good sleep to get good results. You got the good sleep down." Kiiro laughed a little and sipped a little of the cup of milk. "No you don't understand, I forgot the advance skills!! And I worked so hard on them." Aka hit his head against the fridge multiple times. "Don't worry you still have time, you can train now." Kiiro said to Aka. "Yeah, I'll go train right now." Aka grabbed a banana and ran out the door near the fridge. Kiiro looked out the window and laughed then went toward the window and saw Aka try to practice and failed. "Do you think he can get all the skills in by the finals in the afternoon?" Kiiro asked. Gin looked again and laughed "Not a chance." and laughed some more.

Sorry I haven't posted in a long time. I have been busy with ....... everything really lol and plus I only thought out the first two chapters but I finally got the third one! So, here is

Gin walked with Kiiro and got to the dojo doors. Gin's heart sunk to his stomach and it felt like Gin was about to pass out and Kiiro wasn't any better. Gin took a huge breathe as if he he was under water and went up to take a breathe. He opened the doors and looked inside the dojo where the master was in the middle where a huge book insignia in the middle where he sat. "Hello students, are you ready for you final exams?" He asked without looking or even opening his eyes. Gin took another huge breathe and Kiiro stepped in with him and she squeezed his hand in anxiety. Gin was surprised to see her do that and she looked into his eyes which were as scared as his. He smiled at her as he was telling her "Everything will be okay." She smiled back but it was as fake as anything he has seen. He laughed a little and walked with her hand in his to there master. "We are ready master for our exams. We will work as hard as we can." Gin said for both of them since he could see her lips were chapped and she couldn't form words. "Very well, I will see what you learned. I know you to will do very well. Though I'm not sure about Aka though, where is he anyways?" Master asked them. "Training, last minute again." Gin told him. "No surprise there, well he will come when he knows its time. Though I'm afraid he won't be able to know." Master said again. Gin tried not to laugh and Kiiro held her hand to her lips and he could hear her muffled soft laughter. "Okay, ready yourselves. Get out your weapons and prepare to fight!" Master shouted as he jumped high in the air and light came out of his hand and shot down in front of them. As the light faded, creatures broke the tiled floor with no force at all and bones came out. But not like regular bones, they were dark as night and there eyes were red like they were angry. Darkness covered there bones as if there skin was darkness and they gripped deadly swords that Gin had never seen before. Gin was paralyzed to the floor and Kiiro was just staring there like her feet was bolted to the floor. The dojo doors opened again and Aka ran through them "Sorry I'm late master, I didn't look at the clock again." Aka finally noticed the evil skeletons and his face went so pale that in the semi dark dojo his face was clearly visible. His eyes rolled up in his head and fell backwards on the floor and passed out. "Still no surprise there." The master said on the ceiling. Gin got out a small stick that had a magical aura around it and he pointed it at the evil skeleton in front of him. "Blizzaga!" Gin said with a shaky voice. Ice crystals came out of the stick and a howling wind came out of the wand that froze the skeleton in his tracks and turned him into a iceberg. Gin was breathing so heavy that he couldn't move cause he was so surprised that he could use a spell under so much pressure. Kiiro was as shocked as Gin and then got out her wand that was purple instead of blue like Gin's and shouted at the skeleton in front of her "Hokori ni kare no hone o yaku!". Fire roared out her wand and flowed straight toward the skeleton in front of her. The fire didn't stop flowing out her stick until the skeleton's bones were dust and fell to the floor before blowing away in the wind. Even thought they thought it was over, move skeletons came out of the hole in the floor and ran toward them. Gin snapped out his shock and his wand started to glow in a blue aura as his magical energy went toward his wand. He ran toward them and shouted to several of them "Jimen ni tōketsu sa reru!". Another howling, blistering cold wind came out his his wand that slammed down the several skeletons and they became frozen to the floor. He stopped and turned to another couple skeletons and screamed "Firaga!!" and a huge fire shot from his wand and went toward the skeletons and burned there bones to ashes again. Kiiro got the idea Gin had and ran toward them as her wand became engulfed in purple aura. She pointed her wand at another couple skeletons and shouted "Uzumaku kaze de haku sa!". She twirled her wand between her fingers and the air around the skeletons started to swirl around them in a vortex of air. As the vortex stopped there bones spreaded everywhere. Another couple surrounded her and she smirked and thrusted her wand in the air and shouted "Thundaga!" and a huge bolts of lighting came out of the wand and shocked each and everyone of them. Though the more they destroyed, even more came out of the hole in the ground. Gin ran toward Kiiro and the locked there arms together and the pointed there wands at the riot of skeletons. Aka woke up and saw even more skeletons come out of the hole in the ground and it made him pass out again. "COMBINE!" Gin and Kiiro shouted in sync. "Wateraga!" Gin shouted as Kiiro shouted "Thundaga!". Gin lifted his hand and twirled his wand in his fingers like Kiiro did and huge water wave swirled under the skeletons. The water swallowed up the skeletons and they were floating in the water, but they were still alive. But then in a second a huge thunderbolt came out of the sky and shocked the skeletons as they all turned to ash and the water bubble fell to the floor crushing any surviving skeletons. Gin and Kiiro held there poses and looked up at there master. He jumped down from the ceiling and clapped at them as he had a huge grin on his face. "You both passed with flying colors, literally." the master pointed up and they saw the receding water hit the sun light and they saw a small rainbow in the air. "Though Aka will have to take a retake with, you know who." He gestured to Aka. Gin nodded his head with Kiiro and he did know who he was talking about. He was talking about Akachan. "Well congratulations on passing your final exams and becoming my wizards. I just pray that I will say the same for Aka and Akachan." He said holding his head in his hands and shocked Aka from his long distance. Aka jumped during the shock and screamed in agony again. "GIN I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO THAT AGAIN!!!!!" Aka screamed at Gin as he walked angrily to him. "I shocked you." Master said crossing his arms over his chest. Aka's face became pale and backed slowly out of the room and ran out the doors. "Please God, if there is good in the world please let Aka pass the final exams." Master said while he held his hand in prayer sign and looked up at the ceiling. Gin couldn't take it and laughed loudly that echoed off the dojo walls and so did Kiiro.
