Taking place many years after the latest events in the KH series, the worlds are attempting to join back together. Without guidance, however, it is a misshapen process, melding things together that shouldn't touch. In this chaos the Unbound are born, feeding on it and driving entropy. A young man who can see the connections underlying all things searches for allies to help him right the worlds and reach the heart of all, Kingdom Hearts, to create a bright future for them all.

No god modding unless relevant to the story line (send me a message and I'll probably accept it)

No taking control of other people's oc's unless given consent

Let's keep it PG-13 or below, shall we?

No killing other people's characters without their permission

No ending or starting sequels to this without my permission (I'm a pretty laid back guy, though)

Make each post long enough to be worth reading

Try your best to avoid spelling and grammar errors

Don't bash other people's work

 

Note:

You may control a total of two oc's but only if you think you can handle it. Be sure to note who's perspective you're writing from.

You may be on the side of darkness, but only two or three of those characters. (Secret intentions are also welcome)

Worlds from Kingdom Hearts and all Square Enix projects are acceptable as home worlds for your character and you may have connections to whomever you like, but you must use an oc.

Remember that other weapons aside from Keyblades exist, and therefore could be used by your character.

I strongly encourage out of the box thinking, especially in designing your character!

My Character Sheet-

Name- Augustus Concerto

 

Age- 18

 

Home world- Jylland of Ivalice (as seen in final fantasy tactics advance 2: grimoire of the rift)

 

History- The son of famous heroes, he was taken in by his Bangaa godfather, Gwil, when they died. Over the past 11 years he has developed many distinctly Bangaa traits such as his impressive strength, intensity in battle, and strong sense of honor. When the world began to change and the Unbound appeared he realized that he would need to put his born ability to good use to help make things right.

 

Bio- For no obvious reason August has always been able to see how things are connected to each other, and effect those connections, everything being connected to at least something. This has been counter acted by the fact that he cannot use even the most simple form of magic and that he has abysmal magic defense. He believes that this power is a part of the solution to the current problems and is on a search to find others to help him.

 

 

Personality- He is fairly quiet, not because he's shy, just because he'd rather listen than talk. He enjoys taunting enemies, however. He's fiercely competitive and although he doesn't enjoy hurting others, he isn't willing to stand idly by as they get attacked. He feels responsible for those he meets, and therefore assumes a leadership position.

(OOC: As incentive to get people to branch off into other worlds I just decided on a new story line mechanic. The worlds are all merging and people know that there are other worlds now, so the ban on inter-world involvement is not only gone, but it would be impossible to enforce to begin with. That being said, characters from their own personal worlds are now available as Assist type characters!

 

That means that if your oc goes to their home world and wins their trust, that character could potentially follow the oc through their quests and assist them in combat. The Assist character would be restricted to limited story line interference, but should be a fun addition! If there's a character that you would like to have as your assist, please send me a message explaining where they're from, how your story would work there, and how you plan to win them over.

 

Limit of one assist per role player, meaning that if a role player has two character then only one of them can get an assist. Only disney affiliated characters, but may be pixar or any of their live action movies. Happy role playing!)

Lycor suddenly punched Dracoran right into a wall about 20 feet away and got back up. "You're good against a wielder, but how are you against a Lycan?" asked Lycor as he removed his gloves and hood revealing a man-wolf hybrid. Lycor then charged and continued his fight. "Hey, could you keep the heartless of my back while i take care of this guy?" Lycor asked the newcomer.

(OOC: Guys, I just wanted to say this quick. Jacen will not always be in the same place as the good guys, nor even in a part of the story event related to them. His mental struggle is meant as a different perspective of the same story, not a different perspective of events. Though, he will be in the final boss, of course.)

Jacen looked around. That seemed like enough info for now. He opened a dark corridor, and headed back to Twilight Town. As expected, there was the MF. "What did you find?" he inquired. Jacen shrugged. "I didn't see anyone." MF nodded. "Your next mission will be in a place called, 'Castle Oblivion'. Investigate this world, and find any light and destroy it." Jacen opened a dark corridor. As he walked through it, he thought, I always seem to go on recon missions. At least if I meet light people it might be exciting.

All of these techniques are german translated and are the "Combat Arts." of the Dragoon Knight Apprentices before becoming an offical Dragoon Knight.)

"Cain once again uses his Horizont Fube technique to try and stage an attack from above on the enemy head but seeing how it had allready seen his technique once knew how to block it however Cain then surprises the creature by using Horizont Fube again in the air and then afterwards without the enemy head seeing so clearly in order to block Cain's next attack did Cain begin his next attack allready by again using another technique though this one seemed to be like an a expansion technique the same as his last one called "Erweitert Schlichte" which means "Expanded Size" as he had literally made his Luftstrom Abmähen expand in size to resemble a sort of hammer that Cain then used to slam down on his enemy's head, killing it, while turning away and saying "It was unlucky you had to die by my Luftstrom Abmähen's size expansion, if only our paths did not cross." as it seemed unusual of Cain to be saying something like that to an Unbound who he has great hatred towards for no reason except maybe causing his master Kain disappear and also causing Cain to go after and find him while dealing with all of the insignificant Unbounds he came across and/or got in his way as Cain continued onwards until finally stopping for a moment to sheathe away his keyblade which deactivates his Wind Magic including his Wind Arm which he ties around with a bandage he gets out of his pocket to stop the now flowing blood which was previously stopped thanks to the Wind Arm.

(Sorry it took so long to post, was at work all day)

 

Jules jumped up into the air and slashed at the head he was fighting against with his lightsabers. When he landed on the ground, he threw his left lightsaber, stabbing it in the head. He then unleashed a torrent of Force Lightning at the hilt. He knew it was a dark side power, but it found it's uses. The Jedi were about balance, and a little dark side wasn't too bad. The lightning passed through the hilt, into the head. He then charged up Force energy between his hands and shot it at the head, sending the lightsaber all the way through. However, a blast of fire shot out of the wound at him, setting his cloak on fire and burning his skin. Throwing off the cloak, he caught his lightsaber on the way back, left with just his standard Jedi robes.

 

The head shot a ball of fire from it's mouth at Jules, but he jumped over it, stabbing at the head with both lightsabers. He then shot more Force Lightning at the hilts, electrocuting the head. It started shaking with pain and threw him off, making him land on his back. It shot another ball of fire at him, however Jules stopped it with the Force inches away from him. Using the Force, he shaped the fire into a spear and launched it at the head. He then pulled a decent-sized chunk of stone from the castle wall and threw it at the head, knocking his lightsabers free. Jules caught them and threw them at the neck, cutting the head off.

(OOC: Celeste, has given me permission to do her grand entrance and regrets not being able to do it herself. Silly extra credit classes.)

 

*Celeste had finally made it to the top of the stairway, there had been many Unbound appearing so she knew she was close, and she opened the last door infront of her. She saw four men fighting a giant beast who had three dead heads on it, a severed neck, and a huge unharmed head. "Looks like these boys need some help," she muttered. Then, without hesitation she jumped over the two wounded on the ground, casting curaga in mid-air, and as soon as she landed she began blasting the head with fira, thundara, and blizzara.

 

*After Damion's wounds had healed up he picked up his sword, while still carrying August, and stabbed Barthandelus's right eye.

Then he put Hydra into Barthandelus's socket and fired, but this only ticked Barthandelus off. He then fired Ruinga at Damion and blasted him out of the hole Jules had made in the castle wall. Damion was clinging to the ledge holding on for dear life.

Jules put away his lightsabers and jumped up to the hole. He knelt down and held out his hand to Damion. "Take my hand Damion!" Jules said. "I'll pull you up!"

August had unfortunately not been healed by the Curaga. It was a part of his curse. The ability to see the connections intertwining all things was not one that he had asked for, but one he had to pay for none the less. The price was magic. He could use none, it couldn't heal him, and it had disasterous effects on his body. Even though he was only hit once, and only by a second level, not third level, spell, his chest was still racked with pain as he tried to breath, ice covering it and attempting to lace its way into his very bones.

 

When Damion was sent flying out of the gap it the wall, August flew out of his hands and slammed into the back corner, lying helplessly like a rag doll. "Man what I wouldn't do for a good old fashioned Hi-potion right about now."

(Jules should be able to heal him with the Force, as it's not magic, it's something that exists in all things, except the Vong )

(OOC: Idea accepted, thank you for healing poor August. Maybe now he'll be able to, you know, actually do something.)

"Thanks for helping me up Jules!" ,Damion said with a sigh of relief. Then he looked and saw Celeste battling Barthandelus alone, and quickly lifted up his sword and charged the other eye. Delierious from all the blows and still thinking August was on his back, he did everything he could to keep Barthandelus's ruina attacks from hitting his back, even by making them hit him in the face, and after he got close enough he fired Hydra into Barthandelus's other eye.

 

(Barthandelus is now blind.)

Jacen saw the castle in the distance. It looked ....white, and....sad. He started walking towards it, feeling drawn. He then thought What is this castle? He put his hands in his pockets, and felt something there. It was a note. He pulled it out, and looked at it.

 

If you're reading this, then you're at C.O. Congratulations. There are a few things you should know about this castle.

1. It erases memories.

2. It is confusing

3. It makes use of your memories to confuse you.

As long as you control your memories, you might beat the castle's curse.

Jacen kinda wished the MF would have told him this earlier....

Jules jumped down and healed his burns with the Force. He then ran over to August and asked "Are you okay? Do you need me to heal you?"

 

(You don't actually lose your memories, that was just something that happened to Sora because of Namine.)

Cain had walked over while slightly slumping towards where August and Jules were as the bleeding could now be seen seeping through Cain's bandage.

(Even though it was just because of Namine, it has been used so often it has become an accepted story line device. If you want to be accurate then you should change it, but I'm not going to make you)

 

"It's no use Jules, white magic doesn't work on me," August replied in between gasps for air. The ice was making it increasingly difficult to breathe.

"I do not use magic,I use the Force. It exists in everything, even you. Whatever prevents magic from working on you, will not effect the Force." Jules said to him. He noticed Cain and said "I can heal you too."

(Eh, I'll keep it, as it does have a lot to do with Jacen's past, and explaining it. If you really want me to change it, PM me.)

Jacen walked up to the castle, awed at the appearance of the greatness of it. He looked at the huge doors, and slightly pushed it open. He crept inside, cautiously. He wondered exactly how this place worked. He walked across the shining white floor, and head towards a door at the top of some stairs. He tip-toed up the stairs, and walked up to the door. He thought, here goes, and pushed open the door.

"Thank you but that will not be nesscerily-I will keep this wound as a reminder of my battle here today, though, if you could stop the bleeding i will be most grateful, AH!" Said Cain as he started to feel the pain emitting from his body and had asked Jules of his (Cain's.) small favour to him (Jules.)

*Celeste quickly glanced at the warriors and found that only one of them had a keyblade. 'Ok, I've found them.' She quickly looked at the guy holding the gunblade and said, "We have to give them some time to get healed! Help me!" Then she blasted Barthandelus with fira and thundara.

 

*Damion knew it would take all of them to bring Barthandelus down, even if he was blind, so he charged in and started taunting the monster into only attacking him, and that allowed Celeste to blast cure him and blast Barthandelus with powerful magic attacks.

"If that is what you wish." Jules said. He reached out and used the Force. Slowly, the bleeding stopped as the wound closed up. He didn't completely heal the would, leaving a scar as per Cain's wishes.

As Jules held his hand over August's chest, he felt a particular tingling sensation. It was as though there were connections he had never seen before, even with his ability, completely filling his body. The individual connections that were damaged due to the ice were quickly being fixed, and his body felt alive with new energy.

 

"Jules, I can't thank you enough. Come on, we've got to go help the others." August was surprised by the authority he found within his own voice, as he had always thought himself to be more of a follower in the past. Without wasting any time considering such a triviality, August rushed once again to Damion's side to assist in insuring the beast's departure from the realm of the living.

 

August noted in angst that his bow was not yet nearly recharged enough to be of any use. Fine then, he thought to himself, sword it is. He pulled out the weapon and infused it with his energy. This wouldn't be easy, but that Unbound was going down.

(OOC: Not-with-a-whisper has put me in charge of his character...that means I am now three personas. He has also given me directions which I will post after this fight. )

Jules got up and said "It's not a problem." He then drew his lightsabers and lept behind the head, slashing at it several times. When he landed, he pulled a chunk of rock out of the ground, charging it up with lightning and throwing it at the head.

Damion quickly seized this new moment of opprotunity and slashed Barthandelus's face.

 

*Celeste followed up by using thundaga into Barthandelus's eye sockets and then quickly stabbed Barthandelus's upper jaw with her knife.

 

**August drove his sword home into Barthandelus's jugular, and then stepped back. Waiting to see what would happen next.
