First you chop chop the beef. you can buy packaged minced but i prefer it fresh. chop it into cubessss to minced them. put it in the blender. blend until desired texture saute onions for your minced beef , then put whatever u wan in the beef , leave it in the fridge to set for 1 or 2 hours fry in pan. spread butter and i added some oregano on mine, after the patty is cooked lightly toast the bun. assemble nom nom nom. LUNCH+DINNER done.
