im really wishing square enix would for once put Birth By Sleep on the playstation network.... I still havent played it yet caus I didnt want to buy a PSP!!!! :wacko: IF its on the PSN, then hopefully you'd be able to download it from your PS Vita and play it! Does anyone else agree?!

This is perfect opportunity for me to bring something up. The people here are going to respond with 'Disney won't allow their games to be downloadable' and basically say it's all their fault.

But how can this be? There are PLENTY of Disney games available on the PSN, such as the recently released Toy Story 3. Their latest game, Disney Heroes, or something to that effect, has many download based features.

So that can't be the reason

But yeah, one way or another, it's not looking like BBS will be on the PSN.

I agree! Being able to play it on Vita would be awesome!! I've never seen a PSP game running on Vita?

i would love to play bbs in psvita but i think that maybe they will not put it in the psn

While Disney does have some games for download, for some reason it won't let Square do it for Kingdom Hearts. So BBS will never be on the PSN.

I remember something being said that Nomura didn't want it on PSN. Might be wrong though.

It's not Square Enix's fault because they put all their Final Fantasy PS1 and PSP games on PSN.

Quite the opposite, Nomura wanted it to be on PSN, but Disney wouldn't let him, claiming that they didn't want their games pirated, and that putting it on PSN would allow that.

I don't know if it is because of that but that does make sense. I think there's more issue than that though. I think there's a chance for BbS to get release on PSN. It is just a matter of time. Who knows it might get remastered for Vita/PS3 instead. We've been hearing rumors about it before because KHBbS is one of the highest voters in Japan for remaster.

I read about this awhile ago, but I had to refresh my memory so I looked up the article on Siliconera. It says:

So it's not anyone fault, it appears that they DO want it on PSN, they just don't know how to do it or some other reason.

Yeah, they probably can't figure out how to port it properly or something, because Crisis Core isn't on the PSN yet either I believe.
